Overall a nice place to unwind with a great tasting coffee and a decent selection of sandwiches and assorted baked goods but surprisingly their pizza is quite yummy at a fantastic price.
This the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff and service are the worst. They seem to be at work as play time instead of looking after customers. The biggest problem is I have to ask for a napkin with my donut. They put two donuts in the same small bag which now the icing is going on the other donut. I asked for two separate bags and I got attitude from the worker. I am the customer and feel I was treated badly. The Manager and Owner needs to train the night crew big...
Since moving away from Winnipeg and relocating into the US, we have zero Tim Hortons. Stopping in at Tim's is always a must! We love the iced Capps! Now, depending on what location you go to, the staff can be friendly and helpful, or they can be rude, short, and non helpful. The airport Tim's is the WORST location... avoid at all costs. There are many Tim Hortons along the way!!
