Viva's a great place for large groups of people to enjoy a meal together.
The menu has almost two hundred options, so there's something for everyone.

I ordered 1. Pan-Fried Tofu with Mixed Vegetables and Steamed Rice and 2. the Beef Satay Rice Noodle Soup, and unfortunately both dishes were extremely disappointing.
The vegetables in both meals weren’t cut properly and none of the flavors were mixed. In the beef dish, the jalapeños and basil were just sitting on top and not chopped, and the beef didn’t taste satayed at all. In the tofu dish, the “mixed vegetables” were basically large chunks of broccoli, cauliflower, and onion thrown on top. It was missing peas, had one single thin slice of carrot, and had no seasoning.. no oil, no salt, no soy sauce, even though I specifically said I prefer salty flavor. It felt more like plain steamed rice with vegetables placed on top rather than a proper stir-fry. I could have made this at home and would have ordered something else.. The tofu was overcooked with thick, chewy edges that were really off-putting. Definitely not what I ordered or expected from you Viva at all.
What made it worse is that I paid $50.75 through SkipTheDishes for food I ended up having to fix myself at home. I added soy sauce, vegetable broth, chopped the vegetables properly, and mixed everything myself just to make it edible.
Overall, both dishes lacked preparation, seasoning, and basic care. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again unless the quality improves.

By far the best place for pho that I have found in the city. Their spring rolls and chili oil are homemade and even more delicious!!!
