Good bubble tea. Love their avocado drink. Banh mi tastes good, especially lemongrass beef. You can sit and eat there, too, tho they do not dedicate to dine-in experience. Nice place overall.

Growing up I was a regular at this location. Recently came back and was not disappointed.
