“We’re on a road trip passing through Winnipeg, and the food was so good that we visited this place twice during our two-day stay! The portions are generous and the prices are great. It’s definitely one of the best pho places we’ve tried throughout the country.
The pho is absolutely worth trying, but the grilled pork chop and Vietnamese sandwich are the kind of food I’ll be dreaming about later. The owner and staff are also very friendly and welcoming.
I’d say this is the kind of restaurant where you can really taste the care and passion that goes into the food, all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend it to anyone passing through Winnipeg or living nearby!“

“💕Amazing lunch date today at Banh Mi King Winnipeg- Vietnamese Eatery! Everything was beyond delicious 😋 and the staff were super nice. We had milk tea, lemon grass beef sandwich, charbroiled pork sandwich and salad rolls with peanut sauce that I forgot to get a picture of lol. We will 100% be back again 👍👍“

“My fav Vietnamese restaurant in Wpg, I’ve been eating here for many years. They have the best bun bo hue in the city. Their Pho broth is rich and tasty, there’s only a few times it’s kinda bland.
Took off 1 star due to missing ingredients in bun bo hue sometimes, and to go order always come with less broth, plz add more broth for to go order.“

“I ordered the Beef Sliced with Curry Sauce from Binh An restaurant and it was absolutely outstanding! The beef was incredibly tender, and the curry sauce was rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
I'm a Chief really like their food.

“The lemongrass chicken with fried rice is always a stunner and my go-to. I think their fried rice might very well be the absolute best in town. Prices are incredibly affordable, servers are really nice and overall the place feels authentic, nice and cozy.“

“Consistently great bubble tea! Hands down the best taro you can get in Winnipeg. The bubbles are also included in the drinks!! I also recommend the mango, young coconut taro, and the durian. Cheap subs on the go as well. They never disappoint.“

“Love Pho at Pho Hoang. We typically order a number 12 and 14 pho along with the house vermicelli plate, which comes with a delicious prawn skewer on a sugar cane stick..highly recommend and it is affordable. They also have a large size pho bowl for those with a bigger appetite.“

“I've been going to this place since 2018. They survived COVID for a reason. This is the BEST Vietnamese pho in the city. I highly suggest the deluxe pho. The fillet fish combo is delicious too.
The price is great, the food is phenomenal, and the staff are friendly! The atmosphere is decent but the food is worth it! Be warned the medium bowl is realistically a large and will FILL you up.
Each time I order the Vietnamese soda (homemade sprite) and I only got it twice. If you order it and you get it, consider it a sign of good omen.“

“We ordered 3 dishes for 3 people. Ordered the orange chicken! So crispy and tender chicken in a nice saucy glaze. Vercimelli which was very tasty and a beef soup which was flavorful. All the portions are huge so you will have leftovers. They do charge for carry out containers though. Plus they offered fresh fruit as a desert. Definitely come back to try their massive menu.“

“Came late for some Vietnamese food. When we saw the menu and noticed that there was a lot of different Asian cuisine, I was a little worried, the lady was so friendly and this food was delicious.
Got the pho, broth was delish and noodles were nice and firm. Salad rolls were great too.
The vibe in there is like anostalgic '90s Chinese restaurant and it was great. Everything's clean and well taken care of. Can't wait to go back.“

“We went and had the best experience!!! I had never had Vietnamese coffee before. It was amazing!!! The food was unbelievable!! The honey walnut shrimp was such a great mix of flavours, the spring rolls,soup and vermicelli was sooo tasty 😋 My favourite was the short ribs and lemon grass chicken. I don’t think I have had food that tasted so good and so fresh!! Save room for the rolled ice cream! The key lime and it was so refreshing. We will be back!!!“

“Places like these are hard to come by nowadays. Not only is the Bahn Mi from Bahn Mi House the best sandwich I ever had in my life, most of the sandwiches are under 8 dollars and leaves your hunger satisfied. That’s cheaper than most fast food places now! The food truly tastes like it is made with love. Bahn Mi House is a treasure!“
