They have a lot of options for banh mi - there are also vegan options as well. The bread was crispy and warm, the meat was tasty and veggies were fresh. You can choose spicy or not (they do red chilly tho so be careful).
Parking: parking lot does not have a lot of spots, but you can park close to the area and walk there

“Great bargain for Vietnamese street food you can’t find anywhere else in Winnipeg yet.
Love their authentic sticky rice dumplings & vermicelli bowl. Their delicious vermicelli has plenty of meats and it’s $8.00 while other place I would pay double or more for almost similar quality.
I also got tapioca dumplings but it’s not as authentic, generally good taste.
Would come back to try other items on the menu. Definitely recommend!!!“

“I am in Winnipeg for a study workshop, this restaurant was near my hotel, and the first online order was spectacular. It arrived very quickly and the food was amazing. I am in love with the pho soup and the Cantonese chowmein. I always love spring rolls and egg rows. They made it the best flavour out of all the spring rolls I had elsewhere. The price is reasonable and the service is the best. I have been going back to the restaurant ever since the first time ordering online. Every plate is an awesome and wonderful meals. Personally this is the best restaurant in Winnipeg. Whether ordering online or dine in, its always a best experience. I would highly recommend to try this place if you haven't had a chance. “A very simple dine-in or take-out restaurant. There isnt a veg sub listed, but when i had asked if there was they happily obliged. The young gent who took our order asked if it could be done and it was no problem at all.My partner got the cold-cut sub and was VERY impressed. Together our meal cost 14$, which overall was a great deal for a loaded up bahn mi. Definitely will return soon!“

“Banh Mi King is my favorite restaurant in the city right now, and has been for the past year. The banh mi's are delicious and full of flavour. The staff are friendly and efficient. I went there a lot this past year after my classes for a banh mi, and I never was disappointed. One of the staff members remembered me and I say hi now whenever I go, and it makes me feel seen. <3 I would definitely recommend this place!“

“First time having dinner at Viva. All in all a very nice experience. Food very fresh and tasty and attentive staff. Very reasonable prices for dinner for 3 with salad rolls, wonton soup, deluxe vermicelli and a sizzling Korean beef plate. We just had a couple of soft drinks and the bill as $75 tax in. “I really liked their boba. I've tried brown sugar mocha, Mango, and taro, and while they're all really good, taro is by far my favourite. Truly a highlight. Their BBQ[?] sausages were pretty good as well but not as good as their boba.“

Typical Asian place - owner is also the waiter, cashier, and helper etc. No extra service, all substance - amazing food, a really clean place (even their washroom!), aesthetically pleasing decor, traditional Vietnamese music, and low price. “I forgot to take pictures of my pho but Thanh Huong is probably going to be a go to for a ‘late night’ outing. They’re one of the few if not only Viet places open until 11. A lot of the restaurants are only open until 8/9PM.

I had their deluxe pho and the broth was delicious!! The lady who served was very nice and polite. We were surprised to find the place empty but we didn’t mind the place all to ourselves. We will definitely be coming back!“

“The food is great, the pho is a great size and very tasty, the lanterns decor is really cute. I thought the plastic cups were a bummer not sure if those are their normal cups but a clear solo cup is not what I want to drink out of when I go to a restaurant.“

“I just had breakfast at Raffi's. I have never eaten here before and out of convenience walking by I stopped in. Absolute best breakfast I've had in a very long time. it had an at home atmosphere, extremely welcoming. It made me want to stay and order more food just so I didn't have to leave. I can't wait for the place to open up fully for dinner. This place is going to be put into me and my wife's regular rotation for restaurants from now on. 11 and a half stars out of 10.“
