“Pad Thai is an absolute gem! It’s a family-owned and run business, and you can truly feel the care and heart that goes into everything they do.
The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have several food allergies, and she is always so accommodating and attentive, which gives me so much peace of mind when ordering. It’s not easy to find places that take allergies this seriously, and I really appreciate it.
Whenever I bring my kids in to pick up food, she is so kind and welcoming to them as well—it makes the whole experience even better.
Delicious food, amazing service, and a business that genuinely cares about its customers. I feel safe eating here and highly recommend supporting this wonderful local restaurant!“

“Second floor restaurant, not sure if there is an elevator for those with mobility issues. You pass through the cutest inside courtyard to get to the restaurant. The last time I went it was a little sketchy as they were doing Reno’s. I always go a little lower on my spice rating here. Food is yummy but packs a kick. Lots of veg options clearly labelled. Love the mango salad and pad Thai. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-07“

“While the exterior of the building (strip mall) is currently undergoing renovations, the interior of the restaurant is wonderful and modern.
The food was top notch and seemed extremely authentic. Both dishes were excellent!! But watch their spice level scale, as we typically have medium (5/6 out of 10) spice level at other Winnipeg Thai restaurants, so we ordered 3-4 our of 5 at Siam Thai. The server suggested we maybe choose 2, and we were skeptical. VERY good call...perfect spice level...enough you could feel it but not enough it overpowered the food or ruined the experience. Just a warning ;)“

“I had the special of day “sweet and sour chicken combo” minus it stating egg roll and drink they ask you to take a choice!! Food was amazingly good, choice of spiciness, I got shrimp egg roll with peanut sause. Shrimp Egg roll looks like it’s been sitting for awhile😞 Huge portions enough for two“

“I had such a great experience at Thai Express! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. It’s always nice when people go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable.
The food was SO fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Every bite tasted amazing. The portions were generous, and everything was served quickly without sacrificing taste.
If you’re looking for an AMAZING Thai food paired with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Thai Express. It’s my favorite place and I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I would call this a hidden gem! It’s small and if you blink, you’ll pass by it. But oh my word, such flavourful food. I had the red curry bowl with egg rolls. Party on my mouth 😊 I look forward to returning and trying other items on the menu.“
