We stopped by Phuong Nam last weekend after a morning of walking around downtown, and it hit the spot perfectly. The pho was rich and the broth tasted like it had been simmering all day, way better than we expected for a quiet Saturday lunch. Our server was patient with us as we asked a dozen questions about the menu and even recommended the spring rolls, which turned out to be the highlight.
