“We decided to give this place a try after passing by so many times. Food was alright, service was fast. Exteriors and especially interiors, definitely need some cleaning and maybe a small renovation 😄 I will give them another chance maybe in another year or so.“

“Chicken was pounded out, breaded and deep fried. - Excellent! Light batter. Same chicken for both the garlic or the spicy combo. Sauce is basically sweet and sour. The spicy is the same sweet sauce with chili flakes.
You get some shred cabbage with some carrot. Rice is just with a touch of soy sauce. Nothing special. Just rounds out the necessary carbs for a full meal. Clear broth soup with wontons. Wontons were meaty too.

Food was made fast. It's a hole-in- the-wall by Tec-Voc. Decent seating. Old school furniture, decor and out dated. But who cares? People are willing to wait to get it. $10 + soup for lunch combo, where else can you find this in the city? It'll fill your dirty Chinese food craving. Recommend for lunch. Definitely return.“

“I have been a loyal customer of Edo Japan in Fort Richmond for 5 years. Last Saturday, my family and I visited Edo Japan Fort Richmond during dinner time. The store was packed, and it was clear that it was busier than usual with people eating in, taking away, and ordering delivery. The two staff at the front were very welcoming, polite, and efficient. They let us know that our order would take a while, and we were fine with that. We ordered Family Deals and 5 Sushi Platters because we love their food, and it did not disappoint. The staff delivered our order in less than 15 minutes, which was impressive given the crowd. We were pleasantly surprised by the fast service despite the long line and many waiting customers. The staff are definitely hardworking. Although the store didn't have a tipping option, my family chose to tip the staff who worked diligently during the busy period. These staff members are a credit to the company. I hope Edo Japan considers implementing a tipping option so that their hardworking staff can be rewarded for their excellent service.“

“Went for a catchup with 2 friends. All the dishes were reasonably priced and had great portions. This is a good place to go if you're wanting to try thai cuisine. The interior is very beautiful and has a classy atmosphere without making you feel out of place. The service was great with the servers occasionally checking in on you. They were very polite and respectful. The food was very delicious and I will definitely be going back!“
