Last 3 times I’ve been here, service is terrible. My last visit, I got this annoyed look from the server. I took a seat at the bar believing the service would be quicker. I drank almost my entire beer before being asked if I would like to order. Finished my beer and placed the empty glass at the edge of the bar table. When the server brought out my food, she let the plate slide off her finger tips instead of just placing the plate down with both hands. Then, walks away and doesn’t offer me another beer. After I was done eating, I put my plate on the edge of the bar table. I then count 7 minutes go by and in that time, the servers were having a really good conversation between themselves, Restaurant was practically empty. Considering how empty the restaurant was and that seven minutes have gone by, I got really impatient and got up to go pay. Server asked if that’s all for tonight. You’re asking me now that I’m leaving? You could have had 2-3 more beers and a tip out of me, and a returning customer. I won’t be coming back for a really long time, if I come back. Service has been bad for a few years now.

Outstanding food, pricing, and service! Shailee was a superb waitress! She made a great Pinca colada that I would totally recommend. The stake was great! I loved it, and the price was outstanding. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Only thing that could be slightly improved is the aesthetic of the place. It is slightly out out of shape.
Parking: There is a paid place to park that is slightly expensive right Infront of the place.

Both Upstairs and Downstairs have a cool aesthetic. However the food came out cold and bland. Fries were cold and undercooked, wings were cold and tasted slightly above microwave boxed wings.
Food and drink was abruptly placed at the end of the table and left for us to dish out. Staff wouldn't even respond to a simple "thank you".
Once drinks were ordered - we had to ask three separate times as the waitress kept forgetting to bring them. Our table of four felt unwelcomed and as if we were a burden throughout dinner - despite it being a fairly quiet afternoon; maybe 4 other tables. Staff were quiet, rude, and distant. I get not loving the job but a simple "you're welcome" when thanked is a good start. Would not recommend.
Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly. No high chairs and staff seemed upset with us having our baby there at dinner service.

Our friends and I used to enjoy going to Johnny G’s bc of the food, atmosphere and we’ve had good service here before..
That said, our server who had long brown hair—Dana (as it says on the bill), came up to us in such a rude manner + her attitude definitely ruined the vibe. - Asked us for our orders sounding like we’re disturbing her. - Only checked up on us once and it was as soon as we got our food, nothing during the meal to check for refills. - After we paid and tipped the amount that was deserved for a very bad treatment and service: we heard her complain to the other servers about the tips she got. Note: if you want better tips, give better service.
All of us on that table works in the service industry and knows how difficult it is to deal with tables but if you are not happy with your job, maybe it’s time to look for something different to do.
Food was adequate + the host and her energy was the only good part in our visit.

This place is definitely not what it used to be. Our server was extremely rude and inattentive to us. We took a while deciding what we wanted to order and she asked us about three times before she went to the kitchen for our order. Ignored me a few times and brought a takeout box that was obviously way too small to fit my leftovers. Barely attended to us or our needs as customers. We ordered the nachos as an appt, they were okay. The chips were good but the toppings were not layered. Ribs and wings combo was dry and barely seasoned, paired with a sour and bitter BBQ sauce. The Sangria was good. I got the BBQ bacon burger and it was alright. Would have asked for no pickles if the menu stated that it came with pickles. Our server also just had an attitude with us for no reason. I am also HOH, so when I misheard her, she also was very rude about it. I understand not wanting to be at your job, but maybe find something else to do if you don’t like your job instead of taking it out on customers. Very disappointing service and it will be a while before I return again. Not the same as the last time I went.
