I remember like it was yesterday, there was huge cheese in my soup, and I don't like cheese, my burger was cold, I warmed him with my warmth, I didn't succeed.I recommend this restaurant if you are out of a mental hospital.

The people there are friendly, but virtually no service, nor range of options. Good for if you're planning on just having one beer, but anything else is not worth it, and the prices are insane. Would only go back to sit around but not to participate or be a good patron by spending my money there.Ordered 4 different drinks and a meal, but were very disappointed and wasn't able to finish due to the taste being appalling of both the drink and food.

Been going here for years and never had any HUGE issues.. was my go to spot with friends. Had occasional issues with the food, for example like steak coming out cut in half (assuming so they could check if its to temp, lmao big no no when serving steak) but this last visit really put the icing on the cake. I was ordering a drink and not only did the bartender ignore me while I’m standing at the front of the line and went to 3 other people first, but when I ordered my drink finally she took my money first and didn’t give me cash back, roughly put the drink on the counter and didn’t even look me in the eyes just walked away. Mind you I stood there smiling and patiently waiting, even telling the other bartender I see she’s busy so I’ll wait for the other girl. But how dare you hold onto customers money like that, and brush it off because you are busy. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for almost 10 years working BOH & FOH, am a server myself and have never handled any guests’ money like that NO MATTER HOW BUSY I am. Ridiculous situation and hope it will be assured to not happen again, also would recommend encouraging employees in hospitality to not look miserable while working. but I will say the BEST thing about the place is the security. Shout out to him he’s a gem.

Great prices, but poor service. Our server acted like we were bothering her any time that we asked for anything. We were only one of three groups in the upper restaurant. We were there for about 3 hours and I never got a refill for my water. All of the food was served cold and had to be remade. It took over 30 minutes to get the bills and when we did get them they were incorrect.

Extremely poor service: We have been going to this location before theatre and concerts for 15 years. The last few visits have been substandard. After waiting for 1and 1/2 hours food has arrived for 1or 2 of our group. The others wait and watch us eat. We check the time frequently so we don’t miss the show. Anxiety producing. Meanwhile Skip the Dishes orders are going out the front door. Skip takes priority over walk in customers. We had to cancel 1 late dinner order so we wouldn’t be late for theatre. We wont be back!
