Staff mumble when taking orders, difficult to hear/understand; not much improvement at the window. Less than friendly service. It's customer service not an assembly line. Be human. I didn't address the food quality because I was not the one eating. But, the prices!!! I'm not buying a share in the business. That's highway robbery for what you get.

The staff were rude, (the female and male with the black hair working the window) The fries were old and stale, they didn’t give me the dip I asked for my chicken strips, basically threw the ketchup at me when I asked. No straw for my drink. I LOVE Wendy’s but the staff that served me were ignorant, nasty food. Worst location don’t go.
