As any Wendy's place is good enough for having a good hamburger, is not a comparison that we can do besides any others but I believe the taste is superior than the competitors, we do like the part of refillable drinks and they can provide extra adds like pepper and mayonese with with extra chargers.

Drive thru window order January 15th/2026.. again wrong order!! More times a miss than a hit. My husband does not check the order because really shouldn’t have to. First the order is never hot always warm so I think the patties are cooked in advance and the wrong order gets me all the time. This is the only location near me so it’s the one we go too. Today again wrong order and luke warm at best. I’ve tried complaining in the past and it goes no where and the phone just rings! Poor customer service is apparent. I hope who ever received my order enjoys it. You know when you only wait 2 minutes for your order it’s pre cooked!! Not fresh like it was. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Do better Wendy’s!!

Amended - I believe I am more of a pragmatic type of person. I’ve downgraded the rating due to the late night service quality. There have been a few instances of low quality service that I’ve experienced at this location. The last being an exchange where the drinks I ordered being dropped into my lap. The tops held but I was still washed in a mix of cherry Coke and lemonade that prompted the only response of, “You okay?” Twice. No offering of help. Not even an apology. I did get a coupon for a baked potato but I’m going to have to wait until spring to clean my interior because it’s December. Yeah…. other than that, it’s okay….. I’ll leave the rest of the original review up.
When it comes to fast food, everyone’s gonna have a favourite. Among my top choices include Wendy’s, of course. That’s why I’m writing this. What is prompting me to review is the consistency of service from this location. I usually have drive through but go inside once in a while and wait times aren’t ridiculous. They get things right most all the time but if there’s ever an issue, they get it straightened out with little debating or fuss. Definitely one of the best fast food stops on Portage West.
I visited Wendy’s today and had an excellent experience. The food was fresh and high quality, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Navreen, the manager who took my order, was especially polite and professional. I highly recommend this location to everyone!

I was here this evening, the manager or assistant manager didn't say anything just sticks the debit machine in your face, hands the food out the window while not even looking at you. Never seen this type of service at this location.

This was our first time coming here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered a Baconator and a Dave’s Double both were made poorly, with no mayo or proper toppings. We also ordered a poutine, which was terrible. The gravy tasted old and even had a soapy flavor. When we asked about it, the staff insisted it was fresh, but it was inedible, and we had to throw it away.
Sorry to say, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back.
