This was our first time coming here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered a Baconator and a Dave’s Double both were made poorly, with no mayo or proper toppings. We also ordered a poutine, which was terrible. The gravy tasted old and even had a soapy flavor. When we asked about it, the staff insisted it was fresh, but it was inedible, and we had to throw it away.
Sorry to say, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back.

Wendy’s International, LLC is a well-established global chain built on a promise of fresh‑made burgers and friendly service. Its brand appeal and consistent menu—especially items like the Baconator, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and Frosty—help maintain loyal fans. That said, customer experiences on platforms like Google Maps often highlight variability in service.
food is decent, service fine but not fast, overall solid experience but lacks wow factor.
Average review: around 3 ★, with praise for menu quality offset by inconsistent service and occasional order issues.
This gives a balanced picture: a trusted brand with enjoyable key menu items—but far from flawless execution in all locations.

Burgers that are different from their competitors. Good location in St. James.

Food is good, but they mix it up sometimes and on a Saturday at 6 pm, they ran out of nuggies

It is our go to Wendy’s whenever we are in the city. Love the drink machine where you can customize your drinks.

Good, fresh like most Wendy's. The only reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5 is that the pricing seems a little steeper than other fast food in the city.... But the quality is there if you feel like spending the extra.
Stopped in to try the Raspberry Frosty..... it was amazing. But the price on the app was cheaper then the posted sign. So I used the app and saved a dollar. Double check your app prices compared to the menu board
They should say that the point system is down Indian girl always makes lunch hard! Trying to get me to come in but I have a leg injury
👎👎my lunch is ruined 😡
Why did Wendy's stopped providing straws??? Paper straws were a great compromise to avoid plastics. Wendy's is perverting a positive mission (people carrying straws) to make more money (saving on straws).
Sipping pop can certainly ruin your teeth's enamel faster than with a straw, and some people just prefer to use straws.
What's the next trend? Stop providing cups because the newest trend are Stanleys and such?

Normally wouldn’t comment on a fast food place since inconsistency is pretty common but the quality has just been so bad lately. I didn’t even want to finish my burger the other day is was so dry the burger and bacon were so old/stale/dry it was crumbling apart rather than the juicy burger I was expecting. I’m so disappointed used to love Wendy’s
probably the best wendys in winnipeg
My family and I visited Wendy's for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The premises are clean, the atmosphere is calm, the food is delicious and the service is at a high level. I liked the quick preparation of the order, the friendly staff. It was delicious. Thank you. We will be back again.
The staff went out of their way to let me choose a toy for the kids' food my son wanted. In my opinion, the food is not as unhealthy as McDonald's.
Great 👍🏼 highly recommend 💯 much better than McDs 😉
