5 star technical support!! I have a 5 year old Precision Water Distiller that started overflowing in the boiling chamber. I contacted WOW and their technician, Wes, called me back. Over the phone, he lead me through a series off tests to identify the problem, which, in my case was the solenoid. It continually leaked into the boiling chamber even though the float microswitch had worked as intended. Such a patient man! His patience helped me identify the problem and save the cost of a service call. Thanks Wes!

Half the time the water has a chemical taste. The other half the time the outside of the bottles are absolutely filthy. Some bottles look like they were literally rolling through sandy slushy snow before being delivered. Literal mud mixing in with the water.

Very friendly staff, professional, curtious. I used to get my water delivered, but now they want me to order at least 5 bottles at once, I have room to store 3 & 1 in my cooler. Total of 4 jugs, but they say it's not good enough for delivery.

We ordered custom labels for water bottles for our daughter’s wedding. They were so fast coming back with a design, filling the order and delivering them. Outstanding, friendly service. Would highly recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

My wife was just here getting three water jugs. She asked for help with them to her car and told she could do it herself. She ended up cracking one of them and told she has to buy a new one to replace it. I was not with her but this is unacceptable. If there is a manager please be aware I will not be going to this store and will share my story. I have personally gone here before and asked for help every so often without any issues. Also had a cracked bottle replaced for free. I am very upset. DO NOT GO HERE!

Bad workmanship. Returned distiller and leaking at float gasket, I had to find it. Got that fixed and then leaking at exit tube of pump. I had to find it. Wes said they didn’t work with hex tube. Got my plumber and he fixed it in 5 minutes. Very unprofessional work and service.
