Was nothing short of a delight. He had an infectious upbeat personality, and though I was delayed in retrieving my order, he had it ready for me to pick up with ease. The art of customer service is seemingly lost in 2025, but not here, and not with him. Thank you for your pleasant service!“
“We love IHOP but we just left the Kingsport location at 10:15p.m. along with 6 other waiting customers as the waitress and cook and all employees had walked out of the 24/7 location. They weren't even there when we arrived. Doors unlocked, everything on. We were told by other customers at their table that the waitress would be right back, she had to run an errand. The restaurant literally has no one responsible for it right now. We were looking forward to eating there but unfortunately, this is obviously very unprofessional. The restaurant wasn't full, only 2 couples eating. One couple was literally getting their own drinks. What has happened to what was once my favorite place?“
