“A Surprisingly Good Solo Lunch
Visiting IHOP is a hectic family trip with my 9 and 12-year-olds, but walking in solo today for a quick lunch felt a bit strange, and I honestly didn't think I’d enjoy it as much without the boys.
It turned out to be a great, peaceful break. The restaurant was clean and the temperature was toasty inside—actually a little too warm for me, but that was my fault for wearing two shirts.
I ordered the Fish and Fries. The menu calls them fries, but they’re really thick-cut fried potatoes rather than traditional steak fries.
Still, they were hot and good, and the fish had a nice, satisfying crunch.
The highlight was the new Pineapple Strawberry Lemonade. It paired well with the fish and fries.
The staff was awesome and hook me up with extra pineapples and strawberries without charging me extra. It’s a great flavor combo that cut right through the fried food.
The best part? Enjoying a hot meal without managing any messes. The staff here were friendly, and they even gave me 10% off the bill for Memorial Day. Couldn't have asked for much more.“
“Nice comfortable for a relaxing meal - our server was attentive and pleasant - the Belgian waffle was delicious - the iced coffees my wife tried did not look like the picture and was not sweet.
Oh someone should replace the outside door handle which was worn - wondered who tracks the fresh oranges used for display at the front counter ....“
