“The food was the ONLY good thing about this past visit. I was taken to a dirty table. I stood next to the table for approximately 5 minutes before I was able to get someone's attention to have my table cleaned. I was then asked if I wanted the table dried ... REALLY???One waitress took my beverage order. It was another five minutes before it came back to me - WRONG - by the person who was clearing tables and sweeping the floor! I had to ask for utensils because there were none on the table.I placed my order and went to the restroom. When I came back from the restroom and was told that, because the kitchen was swamped, my order was being rushed (the dining room was not full at the time).A THIRD person finally brought my order ... and my pancakes were warm, as if they had been sitting under a warmer and not fresh from the griddle.If this were my first visit, it definitely would have been my last. Thankfully, I've had better previous service experiences, but if I have another experience like THIS one, I won't be back.“
“We went to the West Broad St. IHOP for breakfast and ordered orange juice and sweet tea, the Bacon Temptation Omelette, and the Big Steak Omelette. We also ordered the 3 buttermilk pancakes. Our server, Liz, was friendly and very attentive. She stopped by to check on us several times, and our conversations were great! We really enjoyed talking to her she made our visit very enjoyable! We'll definitely stop by the West Broad St. IHOP again!Parking: There were plenty of parking spaces when we visited.Wheelchair accessibility: There were several wheelchair accessible parking spaces right by the entrance.“
