Apparently it's a new policy that applies to all diners, no matter the party size. Now we always tip 20% or more, but to not even be told about the 18% ahead of time was absurd. I'm sure there is a reason for it, but it's a shame that now you won't be getting as large of a tip from us because you put 18% on there and don't tell people.“
