Waited for two staff members to come to the register to take my order. One worker said, “we’re on a 30 minute hold.” What does that mean? “We can’t sell any more until we fill the case.” Do I work here? How do I know what you’re talking about? How about starting with “sorry, miss, but we can’t serve pretzels until we have enough in our inventory. It will take about 15 more minutes. Then, I’d be happy to serve you.”...read full review
Bad workers. Terrible
Mid Day 4:00pm on a Sunday. I was refused service claiming they were closed. What a shame.
