The service was amazing on multiple occasions and the experience here was better than any other local McDonald's. Keep up the good work. You may not know it but you stand out amongst an overpopulated chain of the same brand that I personally consider terrible. I'll keep showing up. Thank you“

“I went to this place after months of thinking about it. I ordered the detroit style pan pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. And it was freakin delicious. Stays consistent a day later even after reheating. A little pricey though. If i could get a half of detroit pan pizza i would prefer that. Just in case i dont need to feed a whole family.“

“Parking: My boyfriend and I went here for dinner. The beer selection is amazing, the beer was amazing, and the food was amazing.

My only "gripe" is that our server (who was a rockstar) was a little overloaded, and our appetizer came out with our food, but with the crowd they had I'm impressed it all came out as quickly as it did and at no point felt like we were waiting long for food or drink.“

“This was our first visit to the G&A but it definitely wont be the last! We have eaten crab cakes at many of Baltimore’s restaurants and indeed in restaurants all over the world and I can say with absolute certainty that the crab cake at the G&A was the best we have ever had. It was full of lump crab meat and the seasoning was sublime. We also tried the salads and the home fries, everything was delicious. We have since been back for breakfast and this too was prepared to such a high standard with a wide choice to suit all tastes. The G&A is an absolute gem of a restaurant with friendly and attentive staff and owners who clearly care deeply about giving their customers the best possible experience. I highly recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed.“

“Totally kicking myself for declining a receipt but figured I’d leave feedback here. I haven’t been to this location before but this was hands down THE BEST BK experience I’ve ever had. Ever. I believe her name was Samya who helped me, she was so nice and personable, informed me my sauces would be extra and asked if that was okay. She was fast, accurate, funny and nice. Very professional. I also had Laura hand my food out, she was very nice and polite, my food came out very quickly and she even asked if I needed any other condiments! All I ordered was fries and sauce but they were piping hot in the best way, 10/10 all around for everyone involved in getting my midday snack. Keep up the good work and make sure these employees know they’re appreciated!!!“

“The staff were frustrated and overwhelmed in challenges I could tell but why wouldn't they on a night of a storm and electricity keep flickering or actually going off!! They offered to give us the food at no cost but we just couldn't do that everybody was working as a team refreshing to see and customer service was great“

“I love the vibe here. This restaurant is set to be like a ski lodge. Some tables have ski lift seats! It is a large venue that is broken into sections, making it feel small and intimate. The food is amazing and the main reason to try this place. My favorites include the burgers, mozzarella balls, and the crab? Corn chowder. When you do, I know that you will return. The servers are great as well.“

I love how he comes around to the tables and check on you as you're dining! Food is always flavorful and made fresh! Most comparable food i've had to home cooking since I left Alabama!“

Great food for a great price I got the #6 2 pc catfish combo and fries for 8.99. the box was filled with fries on the bottom, and the catfish pieces were very big, it was almost like you were eating 4 pieces from another restaurant. The fried chicken is also pretty good too, 11.99 was how much it cost for 8 pieces and it was cooked well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but good restaurant to eat at.“

“Jasmin our waiter was great. Very Prompt and precise. The food came out fast and exactly how we ordered. The only issue we had a fly pester us. It could have just been a singular fly. But it annoyed me and my family for the duration of our meal.“

“Very clever Dennys. I placed an order on Grub Hub for the Burger Den, not knowing it was Dennys. They are listed in the app as Burger Den, and the food arrives with a Burger Den sticker on the bag. The only reason I knew it was Dennys is because it's listed on one line of the receipt.The burgers were surprisingly good. We got a double build your own and Spill the Bourbon Burger. The burgers were great, but the onion rings and fries need some work. If I had known this was Dennys, I would not have ordered from there.“

Don't lose this gentleman, he's amazing with customers and knows the menu and makes recommendations which align with the customer's.
