Either theres a national cream cheese shortage going on, or this place is just skimpy with it. What is this? A whisper of strawberry on some toasted bread, that's what. The coffee is okay, I suppose.

they gave us old donuts and just threw all of our munchkins in the same bag the donut was frosted and came upside down i. the bag and my coffee tastes like ass don’t go here

This is one of my favorite locations. Plenty of parking space and adequate dine in space, my mobile orders are fresh when I pick them up, and their bathrooms are very clean.

The drinks are usually consistently good or the same. I honestly get grossed out with food on display there was a poor bee this time in the donuts by the front counter. I also had to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order and had to ask when I got there about if it was done…(it wasn’t but it took them no time to make it) could’ve been worse tbh. Always convenient to come here when my car is being worked on though.

Do not spend your money here!! The coffee isn’t fresh after 9am, Donuts are always stale, bagels are always burnt, service is always BAD! I spent $5 on an order of snacking bacon and they literally gave me three burnt strips of bacon when every other location fills the little baggie up. I tried to give it to my dog and even he didn’t want it.

Not my first bad experience here but it will be my last. Horrible location. Staff is very unprofessional. I usually hit this Dunkin 3 times a week just for a coffee. Rarely ever get food but today I wanted to try the Chorizo and Egg wrap. Received the food cold. I went inside of the location and spoke with an employee. I advised her that the food was cold and asked if it could be reheated or remade. She didn’t say anything to me at all and grabbed the bag out of my hand. She spoke to the other for approximately 3 minutes, and returned with the same bag she took from me. She spoke very poor English but I understood, “you check this. Second time. I not do three times.” The chorizo wrap was dark brown and hard as a rock. I didn’t want to start a scene in the store so I just threw it away. It isn’t going to change anything with this company but I will never go back. I will never buy a damn thing from Dunkin Donuts.

This is a sad review for me to write, because I wouldn't have always chosen to give this location a negative review. But within the last year, it's gotten worse and worse.

The food (especially the donuts) have gone from tasting great, to bring stale. Very stale.

But the food isn't why I'm writing this review. Buckle up, it's story time...

My best friend and her daughter went to this DD, like we always do every morning. They place an order, what they receive is wrong. And their receipt proves it. Her daughter goes inside to ask they fix the order, proceeds to get yelled at and scolded by a female worker, putting my friends daughter (who is just 15) in tears.

The worker then CHARGES the daughter in order to correct the order. And when she walks out back to the car, they check the bag, and the order is still wrong.

The DD then charges them a 3rd time in order to correct it. So, in total, my friend ended up paying over $60 for a mistake that DD continued to make, on top of bringing a teenager to tears with the woman's awful customer service.

We will not be returning to support this location. Convenience isn't worth poor service.

We used to love going to this location, but the quality has seriously gone downhill. The donuts always taste stale and it seems like they have been sitting out for days. We have also noticed a decline in customer service - the staff always seem disinterested and rude. We used to enjoy getting coffee there as well, but now we don't even bother because it's just not worth the hassle. It's a shame to see a once great establishment deteriorate like this. We won't be returning anytime soon.
