I went to pick up food today and was discriminated against. The place was packed with about six people. I watched as the employee greeted and helped the other individuals. I walked up to the counter and was greeted. I said, hello I’m here to pick up. The employee then pointed to the right and said “door dash orders are over there.” I notified the employee that I WAS NOT A DOOR DASH DRIVER and I used the call in order service that this place offers. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that I am BLACK with a baseball cap that made her think I was a door dash driver. I saw the employee help other people and I never heard her ask any of the white people were they door dash drivers. I will NOT be going back to support this business as I feel like I was attacked as a black woman. The food was okay but the SERVICE WAS POOR!!!!!

THEN HE PLACED THE CARD ON THE COUNTER WHILE MY HUSBAND HAND WAS WAITING THERE FOR HIM TO PUT THE CARD BAK IN , HE THEN ROLLED HIS EYES AND ANSWERED HIS PHONE . AFTER WE GAVE A VERY NICE TIP. I have been trying to find decent Chinese food in this area. Every place we go the food is tasteless or very heavily soaked in soy sauce. The wontons were perfect and the egg drop soup was delicious. The fried rice was juicy and not dried out. This is my new Chinese take out.

I called and Ordered on 2-10-2024 my.way home from work at 6:35. A Man answered the phone….wow so rude. If Kings Chinese CARRY out was open I would have went there.Arrived for my pick up and could not have been greeted with the same man with a huge negative attitude. Wow and I was the customer.Ordered Crab Won Tons, Hot and Sour Soup and Chicken w/ Broccoli.I thenPaid and of course NO thank you or customer appreciation. When I Got home the paper bag was drenched w/ sauce. REALLY.I guess trying this place again was not a good idea. If your not happy and are an employee or the owner wake up!.if it was not for customers you would. Not be able to stay open. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!!Go to Kings

I have never actually been here in person, I have only ever ordered food through Door Dash. BUT the food has always been so delicious every time, as well as hot and fresh!!! I have enjoyed everything I've ever gotten, pork fried rice, Hunan pork & vegetables, roast pork w/veg, mai fun noodles, szechuan beef and chicken, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, Pineapple fried rice. It is always so hard to find good quality Chinese food, I've tried so many places in the area, BUT NOW this will be the only place I order from, I hope they don't ever disappoint.

They food here is really good. But we have food allergies in my house so we specifically ask for certain veggies or none be in our order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the 1st order when it came incorrect. Then here again, special instructions “food allergy” the order is wrong yet again. Will not order again from them. They do not read special instructions
This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I can truly say I'm encouraged that I finally found Chinese food that tastes like the Chinese food I'm used to! I've lived in several states and have always had no issues finding authentic Chinese until I moved to Harford County. Every other place here has prepared their shrimp fried rice in a very bland manner. You'd have to use so much soy sauce to get flavor. Not here!! The rice was so yummy! I do not like peas and carrots in my rice but they were perfectly willing to accommodate me by making mine with extra scrambled egg and onion. I'll definitely be going back. The shrimp egg foo young was delicious too. The only negative part of my visit was the fact that the lady who greeted me at the register could have been a bit more friendlier. That's why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

This is our go to Chinese takeout in Bel Air for the past several years. We order from here at least once per month. In my opinion, it is the best Chinese restaurant in this area. It is a small take-out restaurant located in a strip mall. There are a few tables for dinning in. They are open 6 days per week and closed on Tuesdays. I recommend the General Tso's Chicken. It is one of the best. Not overly sweet or drenched in sauce. Their Roast Pork Lo Mein and Fried Rice are also delicious. Not greasy like others. The food here is consistently good, much better than most sit in Chinese restaurants.

N Since new owners there food has been upgraded. Much better staff and personnel to take your order. The quality and quantity are excellent and food is hot and ready to be eaten. I recommend Szechuan for any type of carry of carry out.
