The last 6 or 7 times I came here... I prepared myself for the slowest drive through on planet earth. While proven correct each time, I always leave without my food. I just can't do it. I love Wendys food but I haven't got a sandwhich from the place in over 2 years. Make sure you have a full tank of gas before entering drive thru.Update: While I was in the drive thru while making this review.... The systems went down. No workers came out to tell us, big shouting match between customer and cashier.. Sat here for 20 min. I left yet again without food. You can't make this stuff up ?Drove by a few years after this review. Posted a pic, appears I still can't get a burger.

Normal Wendy's food. Drive thru is given top priority while the dining room falls to the wayside. They have the cashier prepare food instead of taking orders. Others, and I too, have walked out due to standing in a line of less than three people for more than 15 minutes. Fix that and you have a winner.

this box hill location is literally the worst; if your lucky enough for them to even take your order -do yourself a favor and bring a sleeping bag bc you will be there all night

Food was fair. Fries tasted like they were fried twice, not fresh.
I can't find my husband, I'm worried. He hasn't came home or called me to let me know anything. If anyone knows anything please let me know.

This will be my last visit to this location. Convenient location close to home is the reason we keep trying here but it always the same , this place sucks .

pulled up at 7:15, no one at drive thru, no one inside. i pulled up to the window and the lady just pointed ? this is super disappointing and reminds me why i don’t go to wendy’s
