Normal Wendy's food. Drive thru is given top priority while the dining room falls to the wayside. They have the cashier prepare food instead of taking orders. Others, and I too, have walked out due to standing in a line of less than three people for more than 15 minutes. Fix that and you have a winner.
The food was COLD, wasn't impressed with the service either. Very surprising, it's usually really good. I got the Big Bag, the fries were awful, the burgers were dry, cold and tasteless like they had been sitting for hours. The nuggets were the only good thing. Wendy's when I was younger was so good, the burgers were juicy. Now it's like no one cares, just another fast food restaurant
