My rating for this place is a”0”. My daughters and I went there for dinner on 9/23/2025 and the reception we received was horrible. We went in the front door which looked like the front door and was rudely told “you came in the wrong door”. Mind you we could have gone in that door to get to the main sitting area. Once we went in the correct entry, no one directed us where to sit We had to figure that out for ourselves. The manager/waitress (she had short cut blonde hair) didn’t acknowledge us at all. She was too busy entertaining and giggling with 3 gentlemen that I assumed she knew. We began to talk out loud about how do we order, is there a menu, then she rudely yelled out that she was not our server and we had to order at the bar. We went to the bar and picked up the menus that she had thrown on the bar. We started to order and the menu was ambiguous but she didn’t take the time to explain to us what it was that we didn’t understand. We were so fed up with her attitude that we put the menu down and left without ordering anything. I’ve never seen such an attitude. She acted as if she was angry that we came through the door. NEVER AGAIN!!! I’ve passed this place many times and I always said I was going to stop there and order some food. I will never go in this place again and I’m going to encourage my family/friends not to patronize this place. We went to Crab Boat and were treated with respect. The atmosphere was friendly, the waitress was fantastic, and the food was deliciousssss.

crab 🦀 are the best. The drinks are OK depending on who’s the bartender, but the crabs are the bomb.

Today I stoped for lunch at Tavern and I was surprised how delicious was my sandwich 🥪 omg was melting in my mouth. I was welcomed, even they were working on a project for live music, thank you so much for the delicious sandwich!

Great hole-in-the-wall bar/tavern. Bartenders are friendly, fast, and good at what they do.
Food is delicious (burgers, fish sub, wings, etc)!
3 pool tables, good old-school and new hip-hop music playing, frequent live events (improv comedy, live DJs, etc), and 6 or 7 tvs for live events/sports.

Please hire more cooks. This extended delay makes sense if you have 1 person manning 3 stations on a Friday evening. As a driver I'm making less due to being stuck an extra 45min and more importantly your customers are less likely to order again. Food for thought.
Atmosphere there was not all that friendly. After learning who owns this bar it was no surprise why the atmosphere was so poor the guy that bought Keller's Market owns b&g's.
