Ice Cream.my.comment is about baskin-RobbinsThe service is good. But they have no product. Second time I come but when I ask for something there is none so we have to choose what they have available. There is no bathroom service. So if you want to have complete flavors, I don't recommend this place!!!!

This location is the worst and they do not honor online orders. I placed an order for a birthday cake for my son's birthday and paid in advance. When I arrived, the associates lied and said there was no order. My phone was dead so I could not show them my confirmation. The associates do not speak English at their convenience. She called her manager on the phone and had a full conversation in Spanish and then said she would return my money. I want my cake!! she said we don't see your order but we'll issue a refund. What sense does that make? Then she said the cake maker was out of town. a bunch of lies and disappointment. I'm calling corporate to report them.. The location has flies and they are over the food items.

Ice cream has freezer burn. They were out of almost everything we tried to order. No communication to customers. They were running around the store. Very disorganized.

Sunday afternoon. I was the only person inside at the counter, four employees dealing with drive thru, and I had to finally ask if someone would wait on me. Very slow service. And what Ice cream shop doesn't have vanilla ice cream? I was told maybe Tuesday.
This should be a top priority to all store not only on Baskin Robins my girl went to this location for a Sunday funday ice cream and what she got was a completely different ice cream that has “PEANUT ON IT” Which has Reese cups pieces on it she ask if this has peanuts on it just to make sure of it the lady was that was present at that time said there was no peanuts she was hesitant like she don’t know the answer if you don’t know the answer make sure to ask somebody else don’t make educational guess u put someone’s life at risk
To the lady at 7pm 2/25/23 who gave me a smile while handing me my strawberry cheesecake icecream one scoop in a cup, thank you so much. I didn't smile back because I didn't process it fast enough lol but your smile really made a difference for me, thank you so much. ??
This is Rediculous upon me walking in there was nobody in line then I seen 4 2yr old kids playing with no supervision and I was standing there for 5min without being served, but when a vehicle pulled up to the drive thru they took there order before mine so I left. Never again.

They added charges to the bill- 1.19 for a plain sugar cone. That (plus plain cake cones) have always come free with scoops of ice cream.We were not told of the new charge, it was not listed on the menu - they just added it to the bill.When I spoke to the manager, he was rude and did not care that it is wrong to add charges without notification.Note:adding a waffle cone to ice cream is only.89 cents.This is an awful and dishonest Baskin Robbins location.
Very rude employees. We're visiting from out of state and my daughter needed to use the restroom. The employee, who had just come out of the bathroom, stated that the restrooms weren't open yet but he reluctantly let her use it after rolling his eyes. I originally asked the employee with a headset on for the bathroom key and she ignores me. They need shut down and need to be retrained oncustomer service

I’m wondering why this store is open. Ask for sundae, don’t have hot fudge. Ask for pint of ice cream, have no favors. Never keep the basics in stock. Then they get an attitude because you trying to make a transaction. Shameful
The worst experience I have ever had with a store. I had placed an online order for a birthday cake which was canceled by the store by just sending an SMS over to my phone on the day before the birthday at around 5pm when every location takes an order minimum 24 hrs in advance.Later today for Feb 14th I had placed an order on Feb 6th and when I went to pickup the order they are mentioning that they are sorry and cannot process the order because they didn't receive any order. I provided them the proof of order and order number, but they denied and asked me to go back on the website and to request a refund.I am sorry to say this, it's the worst customer service and worst order placing and cancelation process. There are better locations around.
Well, i don't want to say anything too much. One star review should be more enough than what i should say. Look at the picture of my $41 ice cream cake we made online order two weeks ahead. And by the time we pickup the cake, i was almost heart attack. I think my 4 years old daughter can do a better cake than this.
Went to this facility on Sep 28th 2021 at 5:30 p.m. I was totally ignored. After 10 minutes, I called out to a worker and asked who is working the front counter. Only then did she asked if she could help me. I Ordered an ice cream cone. She rang up a price that was different from the price listed on the overhead menu board. I questioned the price difference. I was told the price changed several days ago and they hadn't time to change it. I advised that according to the laws of the state, one must be charged what is listed to the public. She consulted the manager. She was talking over my cone with her masked pulled down. I was going to ask for another cone; however the manager, a short Hispanic man, said they would not honor the price listed. When I told him he had to he said he would not and that it was customers like me that don't understand and come in to give him a hard time. I asked for his name, he refused to give it. I advised that I was going to report the facility for false advertising. As far as I knew they could be pocketing the difference of what they were charging. He told me he didn't care to go ahead and report him. So beware when you go to this store or stay away they do not respect their customers. The difference in cost was only about 30 cents, however it was the principal and the fact they were willing to lose a customer over 30 cents says something about this business.
This is the worst baskin-robbins I've been to!! If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Online and sign on the window say they close the lobby @ 8pm and the drive-thru @ 10pm, yet I had to knock on the window for them to open the door. There were three employees in the lobby, and one of which was laughing that I had noticed them. Not sure how this location remains open because their customer service is ridiculous!! Drive to another location and don't waste your time and money at this one!
