This BK is MUCH BETTER than the one on smallwood no offense to them but they should build a replica of this one over there but the ONLY this that this BK needs is a TV on the wall and the coca cola freestyle machine or a soda refill station for the dine in customers

9/6/25 - I just got the worse Impossible Burger ever. There was no grilled taste nor seasonings like just salt and pepper. I couldn't eat it because it had no taste. Never again will I order from this location.

Onion rings were under cooked. I did not receive a receipt. Workers inside were goofing around (more interested in conversing with Julie, whiever she is). Workers did not even say hello or thank you. Need to train your team members.
June 22 2025.About 1250pm.lets see was at front to have order taken.manager sent young man taking orders to back saying that was more importantI was left standing there,I left.manager should be freed up to go somewhere else to provide poor leadership.

If their mission is to burn my impossible whopper they NEVER fail!!! That mission is always completed. They will ALWAYS burn my impossible whopper to the point it’s un-enjoyable and I can’t finish it. This Burger King location sucks. No churros, no milkshakes, no reputable customer service. I rather drive 20 mins to get to the other location than drive to this location that’s 5 mins away. They need major training on the food line, majorrr. Maybe someone from the Waldorf location can come help!!!! I spit my food out and didn’t tell my boyfriend bc he bought the food and in the other room I heard him do THE SAME THING. Nasty location. Maybe investing in renovations could help the ambiance of location and training on the food line could help the taste of food and customer retention!!!
