Had an issue with the app. CiCi the manager accessed the issue and made things right with a smile. She was polite, attentive and understanding. She even pointed out the survey on the back of the receipt for free food, who doesn’t like free food? Shiiiddddd, My big back self love free food! Haha. Her customer service skills are very exceptional. I appreciate you CiCi, keep being great! Her team has great customer service skills as well.

The people who work there are not trained, the service is very slow, I waited 16 minutes for my order and when I received it there were no napkins, straws, ketchup and they did not measure the amount. Soda I had to order it and wait 2 more minutes Very bad service they need to put experienced staff

Shout out to Ms. Gabby (pretty skin glowing Gabby) - a beautiful Queen and matching smile, recognizing another and offered me a crown. Yes, I rocked and will everytime. Keep it up everyone, I'm overtly grateful for you each of you. #Crispy perfectly seasoned FRIES??
