Been to this location twice while in town. Drinks were made correctly and staff was nice. Drive thru was a little slow but they were also busy. Good selection of donuts and munchkins as well.

This is not something I enjoy doing, but this Dunkin’ Donut location is one of the worst I have visited. My order is either cold or overheated..this location is understaffed too. It has a lot of potential, hope they can set up their game.

Service is truly meh... Depends on who is working. Food is standard pre frozen and warmed up when the customer orders. Donuts aren't fresh and not many choices available after early afternoon. I often wonder if the ice cream tubs have passed their expiration.... Avocado toast is mediocre and overpriced.

I usually visit this restaurant regularly but I am always disappointed if it is not their frozen food, it is the slowness with which they serve or their cold food and I visit it because there is no other location nearby but today their manager was not friendly at all and I politely asked if I could change my sandwich to which he refused and said no I can't why should I throw this one away because my reaction was okay I'll leave and keep my sandwich but I won't come back, if it had been any other rude customer of course I would have given what the client asks for but perhaps I asked it too nicely

This location has not been the same since "new mgmt" has taken over. My order AGAIN was not accurate and was cold. I've tried over several years to give them my business BUT DAG...when will things get better. My food and my "coffee" was not good...again. Pls get it right people, dag on!!!!!!!! I've given them a good faith effort but I'm officially DONE with this location.

the Hispanics lady’s working at this location are ENTITLED, rude and unprofessional ? like what the hell! My avocado toast tasted horrible, went in and trying to ask for a refund, they will fight you, curse you. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
