This branch provides a pleasant environment, and their servers are amazing. They always greet you with a smile and are happy to assist. Whenever I'm in the Waldorf area, I make it a point to stop by this particular Starbucks location as I always enjoy my experience there.

Tonight was the first time that I’ve been to this Starbucks location. Usually, I get anxiety due to all the drink options, drink sizes, etc. I had a very friendly barista who made the order process easy and simple. She was very nice! Drinks were perfect too. Thanks :)

I love this Starbucks for the staff primarily. They're always welcoming. I often sit and work on paperwork for work and have a few coffees to keep me going. This is a very busy Starbucks so place your order prior to getting there to speed things up.

Just grabbed my morning coffee as I do most of the time…and I just felt it was mandatory that I speak on how pleasant it always is walking into this shop. I always order ahead but even for those two minutes of walking in and out, the team has been such a joy! My drink is always right and everyone greets you with genuine good mornings. Customer service is lacking . Starbucks is a literal coffee shop so why wouldn’t you have coffee ready upon opening?? Opens at 6am yet the barista claims they don’t roast coffee till 7am..Make it make sense ?!

Food/Service/Ambiance I don't typically come to this Starbucks but have the last two times and each time my coffee is not good. Last weekend and stopped by and a young lady asked my name so I told her and a few of my things were ready so I grabbed them and told her I'd wait for one more.An older employee who was making my order then took it upon herself to sort of reprimand me because I took the other items before she completed my order which I found annoying because I'm an adult not your child. Nevertheless I tried today again and although customer service was better (same barista took care of my order) she had a bunch of questions about how to make the coffee. Then I keep getting asked the same thing, something like do you want the cinnamon in the coffee? Again confusing my order is simple : make a gingerbread chai oat milk latte which is their basic recipe and add sweet cookie cold foam and cookie toppings. How much simpler can that be.Def not coming back because although I can understand having new hires or new drinks that the barista isn't use to preparing, Starbucks is expensive so at $15 for just to drinks I expect you to provide a good drink. This is the only Starbucks I've had issues with my order, I'm just not the right target customer for them so I'll stay clear. Ambiance is always chilled and cashier is friendly.

Been going here semi-regularly for upwards of a year now I think, and all the baristas are so kind and amazing. Sometimes it gets extremely busy but they work fast, and they've never messed up my order once. :)

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, just walked out. I saw they were busy, but no one acknowledged me, focused on call in orders. Younger staff who clearly never learned, in store customers are YOUR FIRST PRIORITY. Funny thing, I only wanted a small coffee. Added to my list of not deserving of my money. One last thing, you lost another customer, I told him about my experience. He got back in his truck and drove off.
