Their is a meal called the meals of misfortunes and the flavor of the frosty is vanilla drizzled with a mixed berry sauce, where they call it the Raven's Blood Frosty, and the sauces for the nuggets and fries called the dips of dread.

I went past Wendy’s on September 4, 2025 about 2 PM and order two Frosty’s strawberry. At the window, I stated I did not want the pop tops on top of the strawberry frosty. When I got to the window, the disrespectful, nasty talking lady. I said I’m sorry I do not but that’s what you ordered so I did not take my Frosty’s. I went around and I ordered another one. Just one this time without the popped out on it and I stated it twice when I got back around, she had the nerve to hand me the same too damn frosty that she fixed before and just picked off the top pop tarts ice cream was coming down the side of the cup And I refuse that one and then I just left.. The customer service is awful in the evenings

No bacon and my chicken blt and I got two, fries half full, and missing a drink. I don’t think anyone who works there made it pass 2nd grade. It’s the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. SHUT IT DOWN!

I normally come every morning to get a breakfast burrito to start my day off. The service was amazing from the young lady but I guess with the food Today was not my day July 25th it was very disturbing to find individual Hair pieces in my burritos when going back to the store and approaching the manager, I seen a young lady in there she has blonde and brown hair that was up in a ponytail with no hair Net on, So Curly that you can see the hair strands hanging down from the ponytail The young lady proceeded to help another customer at the register, handling his money and went directly to drop potato wedgies in the oil, then proceeded to pick up potato wedges that she drop on the floor and throw them in trash and head back to work. I found that very disgusting while working in the food industry You are always supposed to have a hair net on and Gloves While handling food you’re supposed to be using the handwashing method that they teach you at training and on serve safe if you have your certification which is supposed to have working in the food industry. The manager on duty didn’t seem too surprised at what just happened all he can do is say I’m sorry that this happened. Have a good day.

Plenty of distracted employees, but not a lot of action. Took over five minutes just to be acknowledged—ironic, considering this place bills itself as fast food. At the rate they move, I could’ve grown the ingredients myself.

Well let me start off by saying that this Wendy’s was actually decently good up until maybe like 2-3 months ago. Today I got 3 very soggy and oil saturated buns. It appears that the burgers were pre made and left to sit out for quite a while. This is my last time visiting this Wendy’s in a very long time. Until they get some new employees in there cause obviously none of them care the person taking orders hates his job and doesn’t want to be there. Picture of the saturated soggy bread is included in this review.
I was very unsatisfied by the treatment at this location. Guy bribed me into buying the boo coupon book. I said if it's a dollar he said no its 2 dollars.The receipt said different, also intentionally gave us the wrong drinks. My husband is diabetic and asked for zero coke, it was punched in but wrong. Baked potato was old, very hard. I will not patron this location again. Honesty is the best policy! Please check your workers!

Sunday Mourning
After tonight, I'm fully convinced that a person with an open head would do a better job of taking a food order. It's the same experience pretty much every time I go. And each time I still try and give them the benefit of the doubt, but not after this. I didn't have time to check my bag after receiving my food and of course low and behold got home to sit down and realize they put NONE of the toppings I had asked for on my burger, nor did they give me any napkins. No one listens, no one cares. They need to fire everybody here and just move in new staff and management. Ppl who are properly trained in food/customer service who can at least PRETEND to give a damn about their jobs. The Wendy's "team" needs to be replaced by Chic-fil-a staff so they can be taught how to do things correctly. Everybody at this store should be embarrassed.

First, I wasn’t greeted at the drive thru. I got “what can I get for you?!” Then there’s a huge banner with SpongeBob and a krabby patty meal for $11 just for them to hand me a regular Wendy’s bag. My 6 year old was so excited about a SpongeBob meal and got nothing with SpongeBob on it. No spongebob cup, figurine, NOTHING! My daughter was beyond upset. They’re just using SpongeBob and Nickelodeon as a marketing gimmick. They slapped some sauce on a Dave single and called it a krabby patty well yea now I’m feeling krabby for being mislead and having an upset 6yo
