“It was late at night, Nicholas greeted me with a warm smile and a kind demeanor. I'm not sure if he had great intuition or could see the sadness on my face but it seemed he knew that kindness was needed when he offered to make us a pizza even though I think they were closing.In a world that often seems filled with a lot of negativity, he showed us that there is still compassion and goodness. its hard to explain but sometimes it’s so much more than about what you see. “Food is always good at Popeyes's...but NEITHER LOCATION IN ANNAPOLIS will honor their rewards points...when I buy food from them...they give rewards points...but when I go back to claim my rewards they say" not at this location"...this is poor customer service and a poor business model...i will use other locations where they are more customer friendly...“
“Amazing!!!!! Let me start off by saying it was so refreshing to eat at this restaurant and have someone give me some of the best customer service at a Popeyes I have ever had. I eat a lot of chicken at Popeyes, usually at one of the other (outside the mall locations), time and time again they provide me with crappy customer service and at least half the time are out of something, or just screw up my order. The food was hot and flavorful and the customer service was second to none. I will stop wasting my time and money going to the other stores and just eat here.“
“Pretty good burger, the place was pretty dead tonight and the servers hung around the bar. No refill on my drink. It took almost as long to get my check as it did to eat my food. I get it places have to do more with less people. Over a pleasant experience.“
“UPDATE: After being on hold for nearly 30 minutes, i went to the location, brought back the cheese less pizza and the manager corrected the order with a huge, specialty made pizza and added wings and dessert! Definitely a huge plus when i assumed I’d be met with some teenagers working in a pizza shop. Kudos to the wonderful manager. Wish I’d caught her name!Don’t bother ordering from this location. In the 2.5 years we’ve lived in the area, we’ve ordered from here a handful times. Each and every single time there’s a problem with our food. We don’t live far from the location and the first time we ordered, the driver delivered our food to the wrong address, 30 minutes away from the store. Most recently, we ordered The Works but somehow they forgot to add the cheese. My husband only noticed after eating a slice in a rush to put the kids down for bed. Called the store and waited 25 minutes to speak to someone and we ordered this on a Wednesday, not a busy weekend.“
“I've been their customer since 2005 and can't complain a bit. Always great service, going over and beyond when it comes to delivery, they even call if it's a delay. At pick-up, if an order is mixed up, I always get a new pizza for free. And ALWAYS ask me if I need plates and napkins.
