My son wanted to try the new meatball pepperoni sandwich.
I tried the hook and ladder sandwich with no onion and tomatoes.
The staff was lost behind the counter.
They ignored costumers, phone calls. Customers waited at least 10 minutes just so they can place their order. 4 customers ended leaving with our even ordering.
We waited 40 minutes just for our sandwiches.
During this time I was asked “did you ordered anything?” At that time their was just us waiting.

3 people working. 2 have no idea what they are doing. Waited 10 minutes after we ordered to tell me they were out of chili. One of the subs was completely wrong. All that and it was still almost a half hour to get 2 sandwich’s and a bowl of chili. The store looked trashed as if no one had cleaned all day.
Order was completely incorrect- staff blamed it on Uber app not sharing information with them.
if you know there's an issue either fix it or stop using Uber. it's your reputation on the line, not Uber. The Driver did her job !
