The staff were really kind. Cashier allowed me to change my order mid-order (there was no one behind me in line or I wouldn't have asked) and was really helpful. Not 3 min after receiving our food, my 4-yr-old son somehow fell out of his chair, food with him, both on the floor. They not only insisted on cleaning the floor up themselves but made my son a replacement for free without me asking. Really kind and exceptional service, we will definitely return. The cashier didn't seem to want to have a customer. Normally, I would have left at the lack of customer service, but we pushed through. The customer service got slightly better but not enough to make this a place I return to next time I'm at the mall.
