Good was outstanding, for the price. The crab soup was good and the sauces (ranch and house dressing) were tasty. The service was pleasant and attentively, but we had to request water.

We had a great experience at Ramshead Tavern. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

The Thanksgiving meal was delicious. It included soup or salad, followed by turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, a dinner roll, and gravy. The dessert was pumpkin cheesecake. Kudos to the chef and server!

My dining experience was good. Sadly my concert experience was terrible. The server in my area spilt (some type of dip) and the sour cream and salsa landed on my coat. The annoyance is that SHE did nothing. During intermission I went to staff and the manger attempted to clean my jacket with little success. I will take it to the dry cleaners with my fingers crossed. My overwhelming annoyance is with the server . Please train them that if they spill something look and see where it lands, clean it up. DON'T SIMPLY LEASE IT ON THE FLOOR (someone could slip). IF YOU SPILL LOOK AND SEE WHERE IT LANDS. BE PROACTIVE!!!

It was very crowded that night. Our table was in a high traffic area that the waitress admitted isn't usually set up except when it gets crowded. We had made reservations and this dinner was a show special that I felt should have warranted a better table.... Anyway, it was extremely loud and even though we ordered dishes that weren't complex to fix, soup, salad and oysters, it took over 20 minutes for food to arrive. The salad and soup was very good. The oyster dish was ok, but really weird taste (I later got sick in the evening). Don't know if I can blame the oysters as my husband wasn't sick but.... He did have mild stomach issues. Anyway, our server was very sweet and attentive but I know pulled in many directions. We had reserved an hour before the show which should have been plenty of time but was really cutting close and we felt rushed towards the end.

We arrived with a reservation 75 minutes before our show. The restaurant was crowded and very very noisy. However, the food was reasonably priced, tasted great, and our server did a very good job taking care of us. Except for the noise, it was great.

Food was hit and miss. Had fish and chips and fries were not completely cooked and only luke warm. Fries were the same with someone who had crab cakes. Tacos however were good although they only came with a single corn tortilla instead of two meaning they broke apart and had to be eaten with a fork.

Food and drinks were good. Our server, Andy, was great. It was a pleasant pre-show experience.

The food was very good and our waiter was attentive. It was the perfect before concert experience. I would definitely do it again.

It's been a while since I've visited Rams head. I was there this time for a show. I was seated at a high table even though booths were available. Waitress was friendly but a bit slow getting drinks. I ordered the butternut squash risotto with duck. Duck was fatty. Beef marinated in herbs would've been better. A sprinkle of pine nuts on top instead of a flower I couldn't eat. Chocolate torte was a perfect serving.

We waited 20 minutes before a server came to us. My shepard's pie was simply a cast iron skillet of greasy mashed potatoes with some gravy. There were specks of meat that tasted like beef, not lamb and I think I found one pea. There wrre supposed to be peas and carrots. I know shepherd's pue very well being of an English family and make it myself. There should be a thick layer of lamb and veggies with a thin topping of mash. I asked for a Seeker Pinot Noir that never came. In fact, after the meal was served the waiter never appeared. We needed to get to the show so we got up and asked to pay out front. The waiter was found, never apologized for not bringing my wine and we never received the receipt which we were told would be e-mailed. We were to get 10% off and I wanted to be sure I wasn't charged for a $12 glass of wine I didn't receive. Where is my receipt? I want it!

Dinner and a show is the way to go at Rams Head Tavern in Annapolis MD. After purchasing tickets for a Techicolor Motor Home show at Ram's Head On Stage, we received an offer to dine at RHT prior to the show with perks that were attractive. Given the opportunity to reduce a bit of stress, we went for it. Menu was not broad, but unique items like “Crabpuppies” and our amazing server made the dinner a wonderful lead in to the evening's entertainment.

Everything was good except for the home fries. They were easily the worst home fries we have ever had and we have eaten a lot over many decades. You can do better Rand Head. The rest of the four was good and the service was excellent.

Our server was Andy Stump and he provided us with an extremely enjoyable evening of conversation and good food and service.
