Bar staff was very friendly. Made out-of-towners feel at home. Neat touches you need to pay attention to (Shamrock on top the Guinness foam). Beer was good. Old Fashioned was good. Enjoyed our first stop. Cream of crab soup was very smooth. Needed a little more Old Bay, which they gladly provided in a shaker.
Wow, what a super chill neighborhood bar with amazing food. The tuna tacos were amazing, I got them on the Wednesday 1/2 price taco special, but would gladly order them at full price! If you are not a fan of the more upscale places in downtown Annapolis, this is a must try.

This saloon is such a quick spot to go to, for lunch or any type of the day really. I tend to stop here a lot during a lunch break or for happy hour some evenings working in the surrounding area - which I am also never disappointed. Because I've come here so often, I am not sure if it is on Thursdays specifically, but S&J's does offer karaoke during the week. Along with good food, a happy hour menu and great bartenders.
