Stopped in this afternoon to inquire about picking up a cake 2 days from now. I used to be a regular customer as I was in medical sales and enjoyed bringing in a box of cupcakes or cookies to offices I visited. Anyways, I explained that I understood that I could not order a custom cake but would they have this particular flavor on Thursday (one that was in the case). I got a very complicated answer-but then was eventually told yes by the manager who seemed to want to just get rid of me. I said great! If I came in and bought the cake Thursday morning off the shelf could they just scrape the strawberries off the top-I was told no, because that would be a special order. I was told I could not get a special design. Ok but could we just take the strawberries off-again no because that is special. I get it customers can be rude sometimes, but I was not. This manager clearly did not want to sell to me for some reason. In fact I am not sure the last time an establishment absolutely did not want my money. No matter, another business down the road treated me kindly and were so helpful. Sweetheart Patisserie-doesn’t matter how good your stuff may taste. Customer service still counts.

We chose Sweet Hearts Patisserie for our wedding cake, and the entire experience was seamless, enjoyable, and absolutely delicious. The cake tasting sampler was fantastic, but we had a custom flavor combination in mind. Their team brought our vision to life and exceeded all of our expectations. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the cake tasted, and it looked exactly like the inspiration photos we provided. We’re already looking forward to enjoying it again on our anniversary!

They made our 2 tiered wedding cake which had raspberry jam, pistachio buttercream filling, and vanilla buttercream on the outside with clusters of raspberries on each layer and a pistachio border on each layer. (I’ll need to come back to add a photo.) Absolutely delicious! Very moist cake and perfect sweetness- my husband and I don’t like very sweet desserts, and this was perfect! 😋

We got our wedding cake from Sweethearts and it was AMAZING! We got two flavors and both were delicious, so moist, and not too sweet! The cake itself was also gorgeous and fit our vision exactly. They are amazing to work with and the cakes are so delicious, 10/10 recommend for wedding cakes!

We tried this bakery for our daughter’s first birthday, and they did not disappoint! The cupcakes and macarons were some of the best we’ve ever had, and the cake was both beautiful and absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the desserts.
