The restaurant is in a former bowling Alley, hence the name. Lots of dark wood and the first thing you see is the bar. It was lunch time, so we were not quite ready for a cocktail. We have been going to the former Officer's Club now the Naval Academy Club for years now, but this was the first time that we had been to The Alley. We were pretty impressed. I liked the ambience there. The food was reasonably priced for lunch. I didn't see the dinner prices, but you get a lot of bang for your buck for lunch especially with the buffet. The Alley restaurant at the Naval Academy provided a wonderful lunch in the middle of our self-guided tour, and it exceeded our expectations tremendously. Our waitress was so kind and caring for our family, and the crab cake was one of the best I've ever had. Don't miss it!
