Nice room, kind of theme parky but lots of things to look at. Service friendly and well meaning but the server brought the wrong entree for one of us and bussed up an unfinished drink. Nachos were good, though it would be nice to have chorizo as a meat option. Enchilada with ground beef and red sauce was fine but again an option for mole sauce would be better. Camarones diablo was good. Churros were OK. I don’t much care for the filling, fried pastry is already to get a light...

The food was absolutely delicious! The tableside guacamole was incredibly fresh, and I really appreciated the option to customize it to my taste. Every dish felt authentic and full of flavor. A truly satisfying dining experience.
