I was here. A couple of years ago, and it was very goodI took my family back last night and waited an hour and a half to be seated total time was 3 hours no one in my family wants to come back because of the time was spent there and service was poor I will keep reading comments and when it gets better I'll reconsider coming back
My mother and I have gone to this red lobster on occasion and the food has been decent and depending on the server the service is okay. But this experience recently was the worst we’ve had in a while. Our server was someone who should be put back into training (although he bragged about having server experience elsewhere, hard to believe) because he did not know what he was doing, 3 days is not enough. He had just a few other tables and actually treated them better than us....read full review

Visited this location with my family arrived at 5 and was told there would be a 30 minute wait. We ended up not being seated until about 615. Other customers were walking out saying the service was “piss poor”. We should have taken that information and went else where. We decided to stay and give it a chance. Definitely regretted it. The hostess was not very helpful when we asked how much longer it would take. She just said I don’t have an estimated time without even looking...read full review
