“I was blown away at how nice and friendly the entire staff was at this location. (Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, MD.) The restaurant was clean, and they were quick and efficient in preparing the sub. I recently had a horrible experience at a competitor sub shop which I will not name here, so I felt the need to leave a great review for my experience at this location. Whoever is managing this location should really give kudos and maybe do a little something special for the employees because they really go above and beyond. “The food is tasty and they are pretty quick with their service. They now have a self ordering kiosk which we haven't used but plan to next time. I only gave the atmosphere 3 stars because it's not much for atmosphere. They have a few tables to sit and eat but I never used them. Mostly sit and wait. Overall they give you a decent amount of food. If you have a lot of orders they give you a box to carry your stuff out. But that was recent due to the plastic bag ban.“

“Great late night food my only complaint is they have no idea how to bag up food putting a heavy nacho plate on top of a Mexican pizza which literally crushed it every time and the hard tacos are usually soggy and totally fall apart after 1 bite but considering I am a pia customer who has kids and needs to ask for 90% of my food to be without something and 9 out of 10 times they get it spot on I've got to give the service a good 4 star mark! Also I go late and usually get friendly service even after my special order!

First time ordering here on app. Just picked up my food about 10 min ago. Ordered a $5 meal mcdouble, a large fries, and a double bacon cheeseburger. I come home and noticed a small fries is missing from the bag for the 5 dollar meal. Not going back for the small fries. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews on here is based on how a lot of people are missing their orders. I didn't checked the bag which I should've done. I noticed bacon was missing on my burger. Was not happy. Came back and was upset of course and explained to them and showed them the burger without bacon. I talked to one of the employee to explain to her about the dilemma and she was nice and explained to me how busy they can get. The manager (Tina) comes up and I explain to her about it and she was very nice, calm, and understanding about the situation. Made another burger and got my small fries.“
