This place is just ok. I don't care for the staff working here they're pretty cold. I know it's not a great job but at least try to be nice. The other locations have better options and nicer staff. I'd avoid this one if you can and give business to the others. Overall this is a nice small chain just this location in Arnold is a bit standoff-ish, which is a reflection of the town. Unfortunately common for small towns, people have small minds and big egos.

For the lactose intolerant (like myself), The stuff they have labeled safe for lactose intolerance truly is and I cannot drink milk at all! We have this as a regular treat after one of my son's concerts.

This is a favorite stop off for an after school treat, however, the yogurt for the past few weeks is very runny and not appetizing - this needs attention!!!!
I had the best experience ever at froyo house. The employees are great! In specific the employe Emma K was amazing, helping me with toppings and decided on what flavor to get. Giving me amazing recommendations from the heart. She was very polite and bubbly. Thank you froyo!

Went there for my birthday to get some tasty froyo. After eating it, it felt like my throat my closing in and realized I had a allergic reaction. It was probably from the cookie dough bites I got which was cross contaminated with the peanut butter cookie dough which was near it. I'm not deathly allergic, so I had a mild reaction... Froyo tasted great though!
