I got the pork ramen, which was good as a whole, but the pork itself is really what prompted this review. I haven’t tasted such delicious pork since I lived in Japan. So tender, so well prepared… I have no words. Bravo.
My girlfriend and I regularly order takeout from these guys. We love this place! It always tastes extremely fresh and delicious. We choose to make our own poke bowls and no matter what we select to put in them, they taste fantastic!Vegetarian options: The custom poke bowl can be vegetarian. The fried tofu in it is amazing! They've also assured us that the kim chi has no fish sauce and that all of the sauces (except for the eel sauce) are vegetarian.

I've had their ramen and poke bowls. The poke bowls are great and what I usually order. Everything always tastes fresh and they pack the bowl to the brim. They don't put a lot of protein in your bowl so I'd recommend ordering two protein sources if you like a bit of fish in every bite like I do. The ramen is much improved since when they first opened. The broth is flavorful and the house ramen comes with a variety of meats. It's a huge serving so the bowl makes two meals for me.
