“Señor chiles has become our favorite neighborhood spot! Nice happy hour deals, margaronis always hit the spot, and have never been disappointed with a meal. Birria always a solid choice, but birriadilla is my go to. Their surf & turf tacos are crazy good, packed with steak & shrimp, love the presentation as well! And the sopes with barbacoa always hits right, great deal during happy hour!“
“Everything we ordered was amazing. We ordered chorizo nachos, fried fish, tacos, and ice cream with churros and fried plantains. First time there and I will definitely be returning and telling EVERYONE about this place. The food, service and drinks were all excellent.“
“Been meaning to try this place for a while and I'm glad we did. We ordered chips and guacamole, tacos, and a steak chimichanga. The guacamole was smoother with a blended texture and very tasty. The steak chimichanga came smothered in a choice of either salsa verde or rojo. I picked the verde and that also was very good. I expected the tortilla on the chimichanga to be fried so was surprised when it wasn't, but it was tasty anyway so no harm done. My friend said their tacos were authentic, with the favorite being the carnitas. They have a variety of sodas and other drinks in their refrigerator case that looked interesting. I got a Vietnamese mango drink called Oh Fresh which was good.“
“Best burrito so far! Im a real customer who just had the Burrito Loco and hafta leave a review. The burrito was a generous size and densely packed from end to end with chicken, black beans, avacado etc. It was full of flavor and and delicious. Looking forward to coming here again.“
“My new favorite Mexican Restaurant! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Spicy margarita was refreshing without too much heat. I got the CHORI POLLO FAJITA and my husband got the PLATO OAXACA. Both of our meals were delicious. So many different dishes that sound amazing. Can't wait to go back again. Might try the BIRRIA TACOS next.“
“Absolutely amazing. My goal is to get everything from the menu because of the flavorful food. I ordered birria tacos, chicken tacos and al pastor. Each one was delicious. They have specials sometimes throughout the week I follow their Facebook page for them and they never miss the spot! Definitely recommend to all and will be going back! <3Side note: The little girl is very nice definitely appreciate the family atmosphere“
“Best burrito in town hands down . Everything fresh cooked and seasoned perfectly just as big as one of the chain burritos, but doesn't fall apart in your hand. Stop supporting chain, restaurants and give this place your money for your authentic Mexican Fix“
“Yum. Had a great Margarita - custom, just lime juice, no sour mixer....didn't have to be Patron, just good tequila. Since my first time here, tried the enchiladas- pollo, chorizo and carnitas. But I asked for 1/2 mole and 1/2 salsa verde and they accommodated.. All of it was very tasty. The mole was excellent and each enchilada was very nice flavor. Service was fast and polite. Atmosphere was nice, what I would call modern Latino versus traditional music. Got to watch the game too. Nice selection of tequila. I will be back. Can't wait to try the house specialities.“
“AMAZING!! We had AZTK cater our NYE party and the food was outstanding and the service was even better! They were super efficient and professional start to finish! Very accommodating and supportive through the process is making selections etc. We ordered and picked up food for our event the same week! No issues! I would highly recommend using them for a party or any event!“
“Bf and I tried this place after waiting a ridiculous amount of time for the Outback next door, and i’m very glad we did. the atmosphere is very nice & clean. the food was also very good. we had chips & queso, a corn on the cob and we both ordered birria tacos. i’m used to places being skimpy on protein and consomé but not here. the chips were obviously freshly made, nice & warm. the only thing i would note is the service from the waitress seemed to be a bit cold. though one of the gentleman seemed to take note and finally offered us refills.“
“Great Mexican food right off (i mean 30 feet) rt 50 on way to Bay bridge. We stopped based on other reviews. It’s right behind the exxon gas pumps and the driveway before the Wawa. We ordered a Cuban sandwich (my son’s favorite) - which was excellent. Also ordered the three taco meal - which had grilled vegetables and rice and beans. They were my favorite. And, we ordered the steak burrito which my husband liked a lot but he wished he had sour cream and guacamole in it- perhaps I needed to order that separately. The service was friendly but I don’t speak spanish and she spoke limited english - but it all worked well. Also ordered a fountain drink that tasted a bit like lingonberry but it didn’t have a label. It’s not too sweet which was what I wanted. Overall very nice. Great quick stop for fresh and tasty food.Parking: Easy parking. We ate in the car.“
“Antojitos Taco Truck serves up some truly delightful Mexican fare, showcasing their culinary prowess with both chicken and barbacoa tacos that are a must-try. The tacos come packed with flavor, tender meat, and are wrapped in fresh, soft tortillas, making each bite a satisfying experience. Additionally, their red salsa stands out for its perfect balance of spice and flavor, adding an extra kick to the tacos without overwhelming the delicate taste of the meat. Whether you're a fan of traditional Mexican cuisine or just in search of a tasty bite, Antojitos Taco Truck delivers on quality and taste. A visit here promises a delightful meal that’s both authentic and delicious.“
“When visiting Annapolis, visit Jalapeños! My new favorite place. Spanish style restaurant with flare. Dont let the outside strip mall window scare you! The stunning beauty of this restaurant feels like Spain. Lots of space for large parties & children. Prices range fair to great! An entire menu section devoted to tapas! Flavorful Food is thoughtfully and beautifully prepared. The warm atmosphere is friendly and inviting. My friend ordered chicken and I had chile relleno. The beans & rice were delicious and delicately seasoned. The chicken chile relleno was smothered in tangy salsa verde and cooked perfectly. While I would have preferred larger pieces of chicken instead of shredded chicken, the dish worked. It's not spicy and not over salted. Felt full and satisfied. We will return to try more dishes.“
“A great addition to Severna Park! We really enjoyed our dinner at Pitaya. The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent! The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and the noise level was fine when we were there. We'll definitely go again!“
“Eating at the Picantillo is always a wonderful experience. Whenever my husband and I visit my parents, this is one of our favorite spots to eat with them. The food is always great (my favorites being the smothered burrito and the chimichanga) and the service is always excellent.“
“I live for their queso. I no longer go there to just order one thing of queso to share as I have made a commitment in my life to order a queso for myself and let everyone else make the wild decision to share. The bacon wrapped shrimp is everything and I will be gracious enough to share this tip, that you can actually order more on the side, even though it is not on the menu to order like that.“
“My enchiladas are the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten them from a lot of places across Maryland. Plus the chicken in the kids chicken quesadillas were so flavorful and the fries were salted perfectly, not too seasoned and you don’t need ketchup at all. The enchiladas come with refried beans and rice and they were very delicious too! The sauce was not spicy where you couldn’t enjoy it - just so much good flavor. I will be a regular if this is always that good.“
“Senor Chile Cafe is my favorite SP happy hour place. First, out come the homemade salsa and thin, crunchy chips that never disappoint. Then, Derian brings me my delicious skinny margarita with a friendly smile! Finally, my favorite creamy queso!! Senor’s nachos are good, too, if you have hungry friends for dinner!“
“This is your average quick service in terms of its atmosphere and the service. Sometimes great, sometimes a little slower. However the fresh tortillas, and other ingredients are better than you are going to get at somewhere like subway. The portions are large, but the starting price is high for quick service food. It's usually two meals for me for about $13. Truly the mint limeade. I can't get enough of it.“
“I had a great experience and can't wait to come back to try more of the menu. The hibiscus mule was delicious, and the guac was clearly fresh made and really good. I sat at the bar for a while with some time to kill, so unfortunately I wasn't eating a full meal. It was mid-afternoon so I got to watch the bartender, who was lovely, juicing a bunch of fruits to use in the drinks. Love to see that! Service was fantastic, and the vibe is fun and cool. It's the perfect spot for a date, hang out at the bar for cocktails, or a meal with girlfriends. It's small and elevated fare, so no it's not the place for a huge group or giant portions.“
“We got the shrimp tostada and it was to die for, so well seasoned and marinated. Very flavorful. The Chiles Rellenos (never had before but) were so good, tender and flavorful. The pumpkin flower quesadilla I just got to be a quesadilla and wasn’t expected much but I was pleasantly surprised! The crema on top and everything came together really nicely. The tartness… Ooooh, so goodDon’t miss out on the HUGE tamarindo btw.Would go again, again, again, and again, even if the place is an hour away from me.An unintentionally great pit stop“
“Food was excellent. Salsa tasted very fresh. Guacamole was delicious. Steak burrito was so good!! Meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Very tender and flavorful. Servings were good size and prices more than fair for quality and quantity. Probably the best Tex-Mex I have had in the area.“
“Impressive tex mex / mexican is not something you ever hear but they pull it off! We've talked about coming for the 5 years we've been in the area and finally did today. Everything was incredible. Simple food done perfectly. I can't compliment this place enough with how spotless clean it was and the manager touching every table. You don't see that much anymore. I was a resaturant GM for 15 years and it's hard to impress me but the attention to detail in everything blew me away. Lightbulbs are a pet peeve of mine and 95% of resturants have atleast 1 but they didn't. Broken windows = broken business, and they understand what I mean. This place really knows what they are doing. I already texted 5 people to tell them they have to check it out.“
“Ordered a barria torta($12) and 3 barria tacos ($10).The barria torta was very good. The barria tacos were simply AMAZING. 3 large tacos loaded with meat stuffed into 2 soft corn tortillas that were grilled in the barria consomme. Tons of flavor.Although the torta was very good it just did not have the flavor of the tacos. Next time I may try a different torta but will definitely be getting the barria tacos.Excellent serviceAtmosphere: it's a food truck along Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie...enough said. There are picnic tables weather permitting and very, very clean.A must try“
“#ThisFeedsMySoulStatusConferred Iguana Margarita Strong, tasty and delicious. I love a good frozen margarita and it didn't disappoint. Even though it was strong it was still flavorful which is how I like my drinks. Chori Pollo The chicken was a seasoned well and tender. Chorizo is seasoned well and mixed in. Both meats are mixed in a cheesy sauce. It's my favorite item on their menu. Beans They have the best refried beans. They are creamy, flavorful and delicious. The melted cheese on top is a bonus. They have two locations and this one is better than the SP one. This location is more consistent with the food being delicious. It's a local favorite and worth a drop in.“
“This was the third time I've been in the last few months. It seems to get better every time. The most recent time was last evening. I ordered steak fajitas and they were amazing. Not only was the taste amazing it was enough food for three meals for me. I think the prices are quite reasonable especially with the amount of food you get. Our party of 15 ended up sitting in the bar area on high top tables due to our lack of putting reservations early enough but the server along with the bar tender gave us great service. Definitely will continue to be a repeat customer.“
“Honestly my favorite Mexican restaurant in Maryland! The owner Fernando helped plan my sister's baby shower and he was so great in helping everything go smoothly. Not to mention their food is delicious. My husband is Mexican and their carne asada is legit! Tender with flavor and NOT chewy. Also their chicken tinga empanadas are the reason we drive 45 min from Baltimore to Picante. A must visit! The owner is usually at the bar and is so friendly! Gracias Fernando!Maggy Jesus y Sharell“
“Almost empty on a spring weeknight. My s-in-law's fajita dinner was huge and he especially enjoyed the carnitas. I thought my chicken taco and enchiladas were a little dry, but they came with plenty of rice and refried beans. The grandkids devoured their meals an I appreciated that small cones were included with their meal. Nonetheless, we ordered desert, which the six of us together could not finish. The bill came out to a very reasonable $100.“
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Talk about a hole in the wall! I was in the area looking for a latino place to have dinner. This place came up. It's currently called David Latin Restaurant or something similar. This establishment is under new ownership and the family came out to meet my son and me. Not only was the food was delicious and very, very affordable, they had great customer service. Truthfully, reminded me of my mom's cooking. Yes, it needs a bit of TLC but the owners mentioned they are working to adding improvements. My family and I look forward to going back. Don't let the need for aesthetic improvements fool you, the food does not disappoint! You will not regret it!“
“Despite almost killing myself busting a u-turn to pull into this gas station taco I'll have to admit, ot wasn't worth the near death experience. The tacos were just okay. 2 language and 2 carne asada. Nothing special. Not to bad. But not too good either. The Mexican coke was the highlight of the meal. So, sadness really. As gas station tacos tend to be elite.“
“Went in on a recent Sunday at 3 pm when the restaurant wasn't busy. Tried 3 tacos, beef and chicken. Taco shells were soft and did not break except where you bite them. Generously stuffed with ingredients. Server was pleasantly not making lots of visits. Food was seasoned, but not super hot.“
“Birria tacos only on Sundays is a bummer but definitely worth the wait. Plenty of consomé for dipping. Much better carry out container than the styrofoam plate with foil on top you get a lot of places. Only downside is having to take it to go.“
“Amazing Hispanic food. I found my new favorite restaurant. Every dish is made with love. My son got chicken enchiladas and was very happy with flavors reminded him of his childhood in AZ.I feel like I'm back in the Baja of Mexico. After living 15 years in AZ, my search for this cuisine is finally over. Their horchata is perfection creamy, not grainy. Large, consistent portions, layers of flavor, and multitude of choices. What caught my attention was the choice of two or three dishes from one part of the menu. Their house chili relleno is my favorite. Service is fast. We sat down at table & chips and Sala arrived delivered by a smiling waiter. So good and fairly priced I forgot to photograph!Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with small children.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant.“
“Went for my birthday dinner and it was my first time. Normally go to a place in Ellicott City but this was really good and much closer. Food was tasty and service was pretty fast. The only issue I had was that the frozen margaritas were weak and had a lot of flavoring in them instead of tequila. Parking lot is a little small and a pain to get out of as there's only one entrance/exit into Ritchie. Would be nice if there was a second that put you on Americana to get to the traffic light. Reasonable prices and family atmosphere will have me coming back when I want Mexican and do t want to travel to E.C.“
“My wife and I were back in Annapolis for another overnight stay after moving nearly four years ago. After looking at its reviews, we decided to try El Toro Bravo II since it was close to our hotel and we were familiar with its sister restaurant on inner West Street. It’s in the building that used to be the French restaurant Les Folies. The atmosphere was typically Mexican with the decor and background music, and the service was exceptional. We were greeted immediately by the maitre d’, Jose Beltran, who personally escorted us to a good table and took our drink orders. Since I was driving, I ordered a Stella Artois Liberte, which was delivered promptly by our waiter Mauro, who poured it into a chilled glass, something I usually have to ask for.. When he noticed my wife adding ice from her water to her wine, he appeared with a glass full of ice. I ordered a special beef quesadilla dish recommended by Jose after listening to my preferences, and it was excellent. My wife had a taco salad, which was also very good. To finish, we shared a fried ice cream dessert, with cups of dark Colombian decaffeinated coffee, far richer than you get in most restaurants. We will be back on future visits.“
“Very good food! This food truck was at The Brumwell's Flea Market. They have actual ground beef tacos & taco salad which was hard to find here in Pasadena. The flea market has closed but I just found out they have opened their own restaurant called Don Pancho Mexican Grill on Mountain Road. Good authentic tasty food!“
