Arnold location understaffed and disorganized. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for a simple toasted bagel (which wasn't even toasted when we finally got our order.)

I have been going to naval bagels for yrs always good for always good service.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich. The order was written properly on the bag but they still forgot the meat on two sandwiches. Eggs were also grayish (see photo). I regret buying and tipping on an overpriced sandwich with questionable eggs that was not made properly. Got home and threw out half the sandwich.

Although the food is pretty good, the customer service isn't always great. The young ladies are very pleasant, however, the guy who wears glasses with a lot of hair on his face is not so nice. He's condescending and rude!

We love Naval Bagels! Super good and fresh, my parents always ask me to bring them the scallion cream cheese! For the sandwiches, I am a big fan of the Muncheez sandwich and some of the other breakfast sandwiches. Also love the taco bagel only made on the weekends. Great staff, always friendly and efficient. Not a lot of seating so we usually grab and go.
