Oishi is easily one of our favorite restaurants in the area! We are huge fans of their Japanese fried rice and their amazing sushi. Everything is always incredibly fresh and tasty. On top of the great food, the staff is always so friendly and the restaurant is consistently clean. I highly recommend Oishi to anyone looking for fantastic Japanese food!
Very friendly owner and very quick service!
Food & service were awesome. You don't get that experience very often nowadays. We got a sushi boat for 2 , a flight of sake(3 kinds, rather small) and a glass of one of my favorite sake brand, Dassai. The pour on the glass was generous, which made me very happy. Mike, the manager was so friendly. Our server was very attentive too. Great that it's minutes from downtown Annapolis, and you don't have to worry about parking: a nice bonus. We'll definitely be back. Soon!

Oishi Sushi Japanese and Thai Cuisine offers a great experience with delicious and fresh food. The sushi, including maki rolls, the Chesapeake Roll, and staples like salmon and tuna avocado rolls, is great. Other items like the miso soup, shumai, and dumplings are also fantastic and yummy. The staff are super friendly, very kind, welcoming, and accommodating, confirming safe preparation for gluten-free and allergy-specific meals. The restaurant is clean. Many customers, including families, love the place and return many times, finding it a wonderful local spot for dinner. It is definitely worth a visit.
