Rise Up at Bay Dale Dr., in Arnold, MD, is a cute, quaint coffee shop. It offers a variety of coffee and tea drinks, breakfast foods, and fresh sweet treats. The atmosphere is relaxed, and offers inside and outside seating. The staff have always been courteous and, when not busy, quick to have the order completed. My friend and I meet there often and have always enjoyed it. I'm sure you will too if you try it!

Pros: Recyclable cardboard food containers, wooden stir sticks and my travel mug was accepted (some places don't!) Cons: No reusable mugs, plates or silverware offered or seen. Otherwise, excellent Americano, decent scone (sweet for my taste but maybe not yours) and the staff's brilliant response to the reviewer who mistakenly thought an upside down cross was an insult to religion (in fact, it's biblically based, as the staff response explains)

Don’t order in person on a busy morning, order online or watch 30 online orders get made before yours. Average wait I’ve experienced is 30 mins when placing in person. Other than that food is good and coffee is good

I stopped going to the location in Edgewater because the biscuit was always burnt. I come to this location & have the same problem. I couldn’t eat the bottom half. Very disappointing.

Burrito was tasty and the hot sauce that came with it was crazy good! Only complaint is that they forgot the “maple spice” in our two coffees. Besides that it was great!

Blasting metal music with hard chairs to sit on, don't expect a chill coffee shop with polite barristas. They will stare at you like you threw the coffee on the floor when you don't press a 15% (minimum) tip on the iPad for so they can take 10mins to mix a tasteless frozen coffee with a tiny paper straw. On top of everything, put $1 cash in the tip jar and wasn't even acknowledged, just continued to get stared at. Politics aside, this place is a joke.

Rise Up Coffee Roasters is my favorite. I love their coffee, latte or coffee smoothie are my favorites. I also enjoy their lavender lemonade. The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is chill.
Literally such amazing food! Great and tasty options for vegans (the happy cow burrito is super yummy) all for fair prices considering the high quality food you are getting (I.e. fair trade coffee beans, organic and freshly made food). It can be busy so ordering online is a good idea. Highly recommend.

Food was very good but pricey and only reason for the 4 stars. I got the avocado toast @$9 & and a breakfast sandwich for$10 plus drinks. Everything was prepared to order and delicious. Will be going back soon
im from PA but its a staple whenever im driving through!!! any one of the Rise Up locations is a MUST STOP to get yourself a cup. my go-to order is their Oat Vanilla Latte!

Coffee Smoothie was great. Great location I just have an issue with these 2 crew members that mostly work the afternoon shift that just seem unprofessional and rude somewhat I walked in and said hello how are you and these 2 guys didn’t say anything or didn’t greeted me plus ignored me one of them just stood there it’s like ok… Talk about poor customer service and experience.. At least the morning crew is amazing and professional.

We love Rise Up coffee, however this location is an embarrassment to the other local franchises. The Arnold location is very poorly managed and the staff do not care about the time customers are waiting around to order. Efficiency and attentiveness are severely lacking. There is always a wait regardless of how busy the shop is. It is quicker for my family to drive an additional 5miles to the other locations in town than visit this shop.
