Be cautious when ordering Starbucks at Arnold Safeway. Just watched the young lady blow her nose and go up inside with a finger from each hand and proceed to make drinks. I said something to the young man and he said something to her to wash her hands and she ignored him and went about making drinks and touching everything. I left and informed the manager as well.

The Pharmacy is excellent and that's a great place to get vaccinated.

I bought one of the last five packages of chicken left in the store this morning and got home to realize it was 8 DAYS PAST the expiration date. Went back in this afternoon and was told, "Sorry out of luck." I understand no rain checks or returns right now for toilet paper etc, but the chicken was 8 DAYS past the expiration date. Maybe a gift card for the amount I paid for the chicken to say sorry for having to come back into your store during a pandemic?

We usually don’t shop here- since we live 10 minutes away we sometimes stop to get essentials. We went there December 10th & I made the mistake of not checking the date on an Apple snack pack. I assumed it would still be fresh since it was out on the shelf. When we got home & started putting our groceries away, i realized the date on the apples were AUGUST 2019!! That’s disgusting to keep that on the shelf that long. Guess the associates and management don’t check the shelves to see if any products go bad. From now on, if we need essentials, we will be going to Green Valley

I have gone to this store for 25 years. 5 times a week easily. I stumbled on some financial trouble over the weekend and needed to return things I bought for things I really needed. I returned items once before with no receipt a few years ago, no problem. Got store credit. Perfect, but today was another story. The manager, Nancy Hasskel, not only refused to do this but embarrassed me in front of customers and employees who knew me well since I always came there. Never again. I will drive the 10 extra mins to Giant before I ever give that Safeway my money. Not to mention they pay their employees minimum wage and won't give the fulltime positions but expect fulltime hours. I know this cause I have worked for this company as well. They care NOTHING about their community. And are overpriced

Watch expiration dates. No checkouts open.

I'd like to be able to use the restroom in piece. Nobody wants to hear the pharmacist singing K-Pop while dropping the kids off at the pool.

I usually shop at the Annapolis location as its closer, but went to Arnold today. I should come out here more often bc it was much more enjoyable than my usual slug to the store. Two employees stood out in particular for being so friendly and helpful - the African-American gentleman with glasses working at the bakery/ deli and the lady who was doing the cheese demonstration today. They are both an asset to the team. I'll be coming back!

I've tried for 3 weeks to buy 2% milk, still no luck. Also wanted to buy shampoo, gave up, couldn't find it which is quite typical of this store. I am 56 and this is quite literally the worst grocery store I have ever been in. At least they have quit ask "did you find everything your were looking for". I do appreciate that!

Easy access and not crowded.

Love 24-hour service, kind employees are always willing to help the customers and love Starbucks too.

This is my go to store on my way to work which is my only reason for coming here. The smiles & customer service are nonexistent and the prices on items I'd find in my local area store are almost tripled here. I only grab items I know are the same price in my local Safeway because paying $7.49 for chapstick for my daughter when it's usually $2.99, or a dozen blueberry muffins for the offfice is $6 when they are always $5 at my local store is a pure rip off.
