Everything about this place is awesome from the food to the service I’ve been coming everyday since they have been open and it never gets old !! My guy Edwin at the register and the gang take great care of me 10/10 recommend

The food was just overall disappointing. I got a 9 pc of buffalo wings. The wings were breaded which was odd and not at all crispy and there was no buffalo seasoning. I also got the loaded fries and they forgot the chicken on them.

I go here all the time i love it. I put five stars but google changed it to 4 for some reason? I don’t have a picture but it looks delicious everytime.The staff are very friendly, sweet and kind. Their food is impeccably delicious from what i’ve seen. I don’t have 1 complaint. All smiles when i go and get this delicious food. They have really good spicy tenders and super nice regular ones as well. I love to get their fries with cheese and bacon on-top it really is great for the soul. They don’t have a long wait time when u order and i think the portions are great. I love their sauce options. It is a really fun vibe inside and i like it. 10/10 recommend go get you some vivis food right now

Went here nostalgic for Nashville chicken (I'm from Nashville). Unfortunately, this food has little to do with that. The chicken tasted extremely low quality. Fast food equivalent. The cheese in the mac & cheese (I got pesto) was flavorless. I'd be as happy with frozen food. Fries were bland and bad. Tomato soup not good either. Prices are ok. Good presentation and portions. Would not recommend.

After waiting so long for them to open, I was excited to finally place our first takeout order. My husband ordered online, and I went to pick it up — but when I arrived (cutting it close to closing time), the door was locked.

I knocked, and Lorenzo, the manager — the amazing Lorenzo — came to the door and kindly asked how he could help. When I explained I was there for a pickup, he was surprised since they didn’t have any pending orders - they were almost closed up. Turns out my husband had made an ordering error!

Despite that, Lorenzo and his kitchen staff went above and beyond. He let me in, took the time to figure out what happened, and then reopened the kitchen to make our meal fresh. His exact words were, “I don’t want you to go home and have to figure out dinner for your family.”

That level of generosity, hospitality, and genuine care is so rare — and the food was absolutely delicious on top of it all. Lorenzo turned what could have been a disappointing mix-up into such a warm, positive experience.

This place is deserving of any hype it receives. Despite being from out of state I've already visited twice. The buffalo chicken mac with grilled chicken is perfection. Even the salad is on point. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Food is great, as long as you get what you actually ordered. I’ve been here three times in the last couple of weeks and at least one part of my order has been wrong each time.

Went here for the first time with my gf after waiting ages for this place to finally open and I gotta say, not bad!

The Place: the place looks really cool and modern, small but I feel they used the space well. It feels very fun and vibrant. There's bar style seating, regular tables and a few booths. Unfortunately they use those uncomfortable metal chairs and stools that every fast casual places uses these days, but the booth was very comfy.

The Service: Excellent service! Warm smiles, charismatic people, and very attentive. Very nice folks. No complaints.

The Food: the food was not bad, but I feel it could've been better. Everything was very flavorful, the mac was great, the fries were decent, but the chicken I felt wasn't quite up to snuff. It was well seasoned, but there was no crunch! For crispy chicken I personally like a bit more, well, crispiness. Definitely not bad, but could be better considering the relatively high price. Still enjoyed the whole Mac bowl.

We'll definitely try the place again!

Tried Vivi's for the first time with the family on Sept 21. I got a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries. My son got a Vivi' regular chicken sandwich with fries. Wife ordered BBQ Mac & Cheese. And we got a kid's mac & cheese for our daughter.

When the order was brought out, everything was correct except for the BBQ Mac & cheese. It was just regular mac & cheese. After bringing the mistake to the cashier's attention, she apologized, took the dish back to the kitchen and returned with the dish, this time with some BBQ sauce atop. Per the menu, the BBQ mac & cheese is supposed to have BBQ sauce, ranch and crispy onions atop. Neither my wife nor my daughter particularly enjoyed the mac & cheese, but that mostly comes down to a preference thing. Though I preferred the style and creaminess of the mac & cheese, the regular mac & cheese is a bit on the bland side.

My son enjoyed his sandwich. I enjoyed my sandwich. We both agreed that our sandwiches were on par with (perhaps slightly better than) Chick-Fil-A but not as good as Hangry Joe's. The fries are decent as well. Fries are akin to KFC fries, but are mildly seasoned.

Prices were reasonable.

Overall experience was good enoygh to give it another shot in the future.

Don’t waste your money!! I ordered a BLT chicken sandwich and it wasn’t even a chicken breast. It was chicken tenders doesn’t even say it on the menu and the bacon was bacon bits. What a joke.!!! Even Chick-fil-A gives you a slice of bacon or two!!

This place is amazing, I got the BLT sandwich meal from there and it was the best food ive eaten in a long time! the fries were perfectly crispy and salted too! Even when i was waiting for my food the manager offered me and others in the store a free fountain drink! I will absolutely be back here for more amazing food!
