Bad customer service. Staff don't have eye contact. Staff don't respond to greeting. I put my order, paid with credit card and they left me there. Standing waiting for my receipt. I have to move away since there was another customer waiting. Personal issues should not be brought to work.

I had the Chicken Chorizo wrap and it was cheesey, crunchy and really tasty. I also ordered a blueberry smoothie that was blueberry rich but not too sweet. I also had a snickerdoodle cookie that was soft delicious and not too sweet. I always enjoy my experience here.Vegetarian options: Just don't order meat or you can. Order from many fruit/ vegetable options on the menu. Its really accomodating for vegetarians.Parking: This is a shopping area so you'll have to find a spot wherever you can.

Me and a friend ordered the mango bacon Brie special. It didn’t sit right with me. I took one bite and spit it right out. I asked to change the sandwich for something different and the lady would not help us out. She said I would have to pay for a new sandwich and that its my fault for ordering something I didn’t like. I will not be coming back here.

I recently visited this place and all I can say is that I am disgusted with management. My smoothie was made too watery and the smoothies taste different each time... it's like Dunkin Donuts, you never know what your gonna get. Management has to do better!

Ive ordered from this tropical smoothie plenty of times. I went to their site, ordered delivery which I didn't know was through door dash. My order was left at the wrong address so I never received it. I called, was suppose to receive a refund for my smoothies and never received it. I even reordered as I waited for the owner to refund my order she never did and she also didn't even give a courtesy to to clear things up. So essentially I paid around $50+ to the business for 2 smoothies within 2 hours. Customer service doesn't seem to be important. DO NOT ORDER from their WEBSITE, they use Door Dash & Uber eats then you can't track the driver left uninformed as to what's going on then they don't want to refund you! Bad customer service! Not worth it!

Smoothie was good, but cashier didn’t understand what I wanted to add on. I wanted to add cinnamon to my smoothie and she kept applying as if you all didn’t sell it, but the chia banana boost has cinnamon in it. She was nice just couldn’t comprehend, please inform your employees on the items you have on your menu so they can accommodate the customers. This is the third time this happened or I get a wrong order. I will not be back there for a while until this problem is resolved. Thank you.

I frequent this tropical smoothie location and love the food and smoothies. However, I had an unpleasant encounter with an employee today whose customer service was absolutely unacceptable!!! She was nasty and rude when I called looking for a resolution to me accidentally selecting pickup instead of delivery for my order. She was condescending and told me “it’s not our fault that you made that mistake so we can’t help you” … even if there is no possible solution to the problem, you don’t ever speak to a customer that way, especially one who isn’t being rude and nasty towards you!

I received a coupon to get a free smoothie so I stopped by and ordered a bahama mama which has strawberries, pineapple, coconut and white chocolate. I also ordered a maple kissed sweet potatoes. The drink was very good. I was a bit disappointed in the sweet potatoes. I never ordered this before so I wasn't sure what to expect but It was $2 and some change for a tiny container of sweet potatoes (see picture below). The container they had is the one where you would use for sauces or toppings in other places. Probably would not get it again.The place was pretty empty when I went which was around 5:30pm.

Love the Santa Fe quesadilla. It qualifies as a sandwich. I get it every time I order my Island Detox. It never disappoints. Give it a try and let me know.

This place has always been my choice to eat healthy food But if I am getting one drink and someone is getting 4 drinks and my 1 drink is ready 1st Please do not make me wait for you to make all their drinks and for you to give them their order 1st and my order be sitting there ready that just don't make sense to me I was about to ask them to remake my order

I placed an online for a chipotle chicken sandwich, I was really looking forward to it until I realized they missed the chipotle mayo, which does not make it a chipotle chicken sandwich.. I called the atore to see what could be done and they told me they could’t do anything to resolve THEIR mistake. They didn’t even make the slightest attempt to make up for their mistake. No accountability or anything. You’d think they would try because I spent money at their store, but they didnt seem to care. The smoothie was good, which why I gave another star. I suggest ordering through grub hub or uber eats, instead of directly the store. They will actually fix their mistake.

It was 7:54 today 7/31/2022 and they refused to sell me anything I asked for a cookie at least since they don't have to make it , African American employee was with a nasty attitude she should get fired honestly. Do not recommend this location!
