Smoothie was good, but cashier didn’t understand what I wanted to add on. I wanted to add cinnamon to my smoothie and she kept applying as if you all didn’t sell it, but the chia banana boost has cinnamon in it. She was nice just couldn’t comprehend, please inform your employees on the items you have on your menu so they can accommodate the customers. I frequent this tropical smoothie location and love the food and smoothies. However, I had an unpleasant encounter with an employee today whose customer service was absolutely unacceptable!!! She was nasty and rude when I called looking for a resolution to me accidentally selecting pickup instead of delivery for my order.
