I have been coming here for several years, and my in-laws even longer. For quite some time, we have been having issues with getting credited for our reward points under their loyalty program. When we came in tonight, we again inquired about the points and were told they would absolutely resolve the issue tonight.

Excellent
Runs out of their staple dishes in the middle of a Sunday and we're told oh well, it happens. How about learn from it and adjust your practices. Frequent customers who drive almost an hour.
