This restaurant should be rated higher than it is! I ate here twice during a recent stay. I got the ribeye steak (temperature was perfect, glaze was delicious) with truffle fries (SO GOOD). Portions were large. Service was great. Large dining area and plenty of seating.

Pretty standard hotel restaurant. Busy with hotel guests; very open seating area. Bar was super nice and had some good specials for JHU game days. Brussels were a bit undercooked but otherwise very flavorful

It's a restaurant in the lobby of a hotel, so it is what it is. But the food is yummy! (If not a little over priced, but again - I expect that at a hotel.)
Staff was welcoming and friendly. Food was quick. Come with the right expectations and you'll have the right experience.

I ordered the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, described in the menu as including “roasted butternut squash, pickled carrot, and balsamic caramelized onions.” The dish I was served consisted of plain Brussels sprouts, no other vegetable or garnish to be found. When I asked the server about the other ingredients, I was told “they don’t put them in there anymore”. Asked why they don’t change the description on the menu or at least warn the customers who order based on it, the server added that “sometimes they make it one way and sometimes the other, so…” Both the sprouts and the other dish I ordered were a bit greasy but otherwise forgivable, and thus ended my second attempt at eating at the Colonnade’s restaurant. There won’t be a third.

I love the place small, brightly lite, everything in its place, the associates were at the ready to help (no matter hiw oftern you needed them😳. The vegetarian minestrone was delicious. One big problem, though, the minestrone was seasoned with pork. NOOOOO.

Highly recommended! The staff is attentive and food is delicious. We held several events here over the past few years. Ask for Ricardo, he’s a pleasure to work with.
Sat waiting for service for 30 minutes. Never coming back.

I think this place deserves a better rating! The head of food and beverage (Ricky!)is wonderful and so attentive. He was a joy to have as a server and bartender during restaurant week. He takes pride in the place and explained they are under renovation atm and will soon have a great outdoor space. Drinks were great and the food was good (I’d rate food 3.5/5) but very tasty and presented well with a big portion size. It was honestly so enjoyable and I’d be back just for Ricky alone.

Interestingly, we found Alizee’s dining room empty at 6pm on a Friday. As a result, acoustics were horrible. The restaurant’s floors and walls consist of tile, so the noise coming from the bar and lobby create an echo chamber. The restaurant installed lots of tacky green hedges in an attempt to counteract the effect; however, it doesn’t work.
Our server also doubled as the bartender. Given that he also had to mind the bar, he did a good job. The food took an unusually long time to come to the table after ordering. On the plus side, everyone at the table enjoyed the quality of their food.
The cheesesteak sub was made from filet mignon (if you don’t want it cooked medium rare, you’ll need to specify). The crab cakes here had very little filler, were flavorful, and made with jumbo lump crabmeat.
We speculated that the hotel room service orders keep this restaurant in business. This establishment is definitely not a destination restaurant. However, if you’re staying in the hotel, do come here for a tasty meal.

Food was just okay. I wish 3.5 was an option as a rating. I Took my staff here for a dinner retreat. Our server was very nice and helpful. The food & drinks however, were just "ok". Presentation, I'd say was the strongest attribute, but flavor seemed to be an issue for all of my colleagues across the board. One person had to send the steak back be because it was cold. Two other short ribs were overcooked. Spinach was super flavorful and cooked quite nicely. They seem to function as a restaurant that just opened and is still figuring it out. Great potential, but I expected more given their pricing.Cappuccinos were very good.

There was a mouse running around the restaurant while we were there. The food was cold. It cost $20 per adult.
