I went to college years ago at Loyola just up the street from Alonso’s and remember it as an area institution, but I was very pleasantly surprised tonight when I had a dinner with friends that was just fantastic. The pizza was great, the crab and cheese topped tater tots were amazing, and the wings were crispy and tender. A wide selection of beers, including a good number on tap. Service was phenomenal. Only one server working the bar and tables but she was great and really hustled! Loved my salmon sandwich and the burger my wife had. Awesome service ! Great local bar/ restaurant!
